Welcome to this meditation for self-love and worthiness.

Its intention is to remind you of the unlimited potential that is already present within you.

Let's begin.

Please come to find a very comfortable seat.

Maybe sit up on a cushion or even a chair if it helps you to sit upright.

But if you prefer you could also do this lying down on your bed or on your yoga mat.

Rest your hands on your thighs with the palms facing down or up.

Whatever feels best to you right now.

Gently close your eyes.

Take your time to consciously arrive in your now moment.

In your environment.

In this room.

In your body.

Allow your hips to get really heavy and imagine your sit bones rooting down into the surface you're sitting on.

From this place of deep groundedness imagine you're like a flower that can grow even taller.

By lengthening the crown of the head up to the sky.

Just ever so slightly.

Notice how long and tall your spine is in this position.

And how it enhances your feeling of confidence.

Your chin dips ever so slightly.

Relax your jaw and soften all the tiny little facial muscles around your eyes and your forehead.

And now please place your attention on your breath.

Notice how it feels when you inhale.

And when you exhale.

Every inhale in through the nose.

And every exhale out the same way.

All by itself.

No need to shape or stretch the breath in any way.

Just let your breath flow naturally and observe it without any judgement from your part.

And then let everything go and release what no longer serves you.

Letting all assumptions about everything that you think you know go.

You might even want to say to yourself.

I choose to release this what's no longer serving me.

I choose to let it go.

I am safe.

Allow your body and soul to relax deeper and deeper with every breath you take.

Enjoy being in this present state where there is nothing else but you,

Your breath and this now moment.

Take pleasure from the ease and simplicity with each and every breath that passes.

Then and again there is always a new moment of now,

Nothing more and nothing less.

And if your thoughts start to wander just be easy on yourself.

That's totally normal.

Just notice them without labeling and just release them with your next exhale.

And you may notice now an inner sense of peace,

Love and contentment beginning to arise from deep within you.

There is this source of infinite peace,

Infinite love and infinite contentment always there for you to tap into when you choose to.

Each and every cell in your body is vibrating peace,

Love and contentment.

I now invite you to repeat a mantra that you can take out with you into the rest of your day.

Repeat it either silently in your mind or out loud with full conviction knowing that your words are powerful and of immense potential.

I am doing my best.

Everything I need is available to me and I am enough.

I am doing my best.

Everything I need is available to me and I am enough.

I am doing my best.

Everything I need is available to me and I am enough.

Continue on your own for a few more minutes.

Sembly.
