The aim of this recording is to help you enhance your mind,

It is created with the intention of increasing your positive belief in your ability to heal emotionally and physically.

So make yourself comfortable in your bed and when you are ready take a deep breath in.

And as you slowly breathe out,

Close your eyes and begin to relax,

Giving yourself some time away from the outside world.

Some time for you to connect with the deeper wisdom of your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit.

And to realise that you are constantly communicating with the universe and with your higher self through the wishes in your heart.

You already understand on a subconscious level the complete holistic relationship.

Just taking some time now to breathe deeply in and slowly out,

Allowing your breathing to slow to a calm and natural rate.

As you tune in to the sounds you hear,

The sound of the music,

The sound of my voice.

Your attention focusing on the sounds and the sound of my voice will go with you,

Gently relaxing you.

Helping to guide you to the stillness,

The quietness within as you allow yourself to relax.

You listen,

Connect with your body,

The wisdom of your intuitive mind,

Body,

Spirit,

Connected and whole.

The part of you that always knows,

Feels,

Senses,

Focusing now on this inner intelligence.

And as you do,

You can imagine yourself in a beautiful healing temple,

A place of great power,

Tranquility,

Peace.

In this very special place,

You are feeling safe and serene.

And in this healing temple,

There is a garden through which you are walking slowly,

So relaxed and serene.

Noticing the many different plants and trees.

You can see the dappled sunlight shining through the trees' leaf canopy.

The grass is green and lush,

And there's a small water stream meandering gently through this garden.

You find yourself a place to sit,

To lie down in this place of healing,

Of tranquility and calm.

Taking a moment to focus on your spiritual journey,

To bring your attention on the wounds that you carry,

The wounds that you would like to heal.

And as you do,

You allow your attention to be brought to your body.

Allow your body to be soothed and relaxed,

To feel,

To experience a healing wave.

Healing wave of your attention that will course gently and slowly down your body,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

As your attention starts now at the top of your head,

And moves slowly down to your forehead.

As your attention moves over,

You can relax,

Let go of all those muscles as your attention glides over.

Continuing slowly over your eyes,

Feeling the muscles around your eyes as they smooth and relax.

How very good it feels to just let go,

To be transported on this wave of healing,

Of serenity.

Your mind is quieter and quieter as your attention moves down your face to your jaw,

Parting your teeth just a little.

Letting the relaxation soothe you.

And this healing wave,

A wave of your conscious attention,

Moves gently,

Softly down,

Down the back of your neck.

And slowly across your shoulders.

Letting go,

Drifting deeper and deeper down into your subconscious mind as the wave of your awareness continues slowly down your arms,

To your hands,

To the tips of your fingers.

Moving across your upper back and slowly down,

Down,

Down.

All the way down to your lower back.

Breathing deeply in and slowly out.

A wave of healing travels across your chest and softly down to your tummy.

Connecting with your own intuitive healing wisdom.

The healing wisdom of your spirit,

Of your soul,

That's always with you in the here,

In the now.

Continuing to allow the wave of healing,

Of soothing relaxation and gentle attention to travel on down to your legs,

To your thighs,

Your knees.

All the way down to your calves,

To your ankles,

To your feet,

To the very tips of your toes.

Your entire body feeling so relaxed,

Tranquil,

Content.

Your entire body is soothed and safe,

So very peaceful,

More relaxed than you have ever felt before.

Going deeper and deeper down to connect with your inner wisdom,

With your intuitive knowing.

The wisdom of your body,

Mind,

Spirit.

Enabling a deeper sense of well-being and tranquility in this healing temple.

You see now a wise being walking towards you,

Slowly and peacefully,

With tranquility and grace.

And as this being approaches you,

You feel even more relaxed,

A deep peace and easiness is emanating as this being walks towards you.

A gentle wave of loving energy that's coming from this special being.

Bowing slowly before you,

This wise being now places their hand on a part of your body where you are wounded,

So that you allow the gentle,

Loving kindness of their touch.

On a part of you where you have held sorrows,

Deep wounds,

To feel,

To learn their healing touch.

Allowing you to place your hand there too.

To feel the sensation of this healing energy,

This healing touch on your body.

A place where you carry a wound,

Or sorrow,

Or difficulty.

Opening to that now,

Maybe experiencing a gentle warmth,

A tingling sensation in that part of your body now.

As you bring your own loving kind attention to that part of you.

Noticing what it is that you are feeling,

And just allowing it to be.

Accepting,

Allowing,

Bringing your own gentle attention to that part of you where you have been wounded.

Part of your body,

Of your mind,

Of your spirit that you want to heal.

Your own awareness to rest,

And what is.

To understand that your very presence,

Your conscious noticing,

Enables you to help your own healing.

To allow the healing energy of your own body,

Of the universe to flow,

To flow through you.

To the wounds,

To the sorrow,

To the difficulty.

Feeling,

Sensing,

Seeing now this healing energy in this temple.

The powerful healing temple of your subconscious mind.

A place where you experience great calm,

Great peace,

Great power.

Empowering your ability to heal,

To feel the wholeness,

The connectedness,

The truth of your higher being,

Of your own higher consciousness.

This loving energy,

The energy of healing,

Of completeness flowing through you.

Sensing,

Feeling,

Seeing.

Knowing this healing energy moving through your mind,

Through your body,

Through your spirit.

Enabling your complete healing of mind,

Of body,

Of spirit.

The true wealth of your being,

The innate intelligence of who you really are,

That's held in your body.

So you feel more deeply yourself,

Going beyond your conditioned mind,

Beyond your thoughts,

To the truth of who you are.

Connecting more and more with your own higher consciousness,

Your deep intuitive knowing.

The space,

The quietness within,

Which has brought you to this healing temple.

Realizing with a renewed loving kindness towards yourself,

How you are now able to step back.

To allow yourself all the space,

All the time,

To slow down,

To just be you.

And there's absolutely nothing else you have to do.

You know that this energy of healing,

Of love,

Is always with you.

You're able to harness and connect now with this healing energy.

Allowing yourself to flow with what is,

Giving yourself greater space,

Time and presence.

Presence to heal,

To become the person you truly are,

Connected and whole.

The true depth of your being.

Freeing you from old beliefs,

Rebirthing your mind,

Rebirthing your body and your soul to the here,

To the now.

And in this attitude of patience and loving kindness towards yourself,

Brings with it an innate knowing.

Because you're tuning into listening with a deeper gentleness and kindness.

Listening to the needs of your body,

To the needs of your mind,

Of your emotions.

Enabling you to feel,

To experience the depth of this moment,

Always in the now.

Experiencing all emotions with a sense of inquisitiveness,

Of patience.

Allowing all emotions to flow,

To flow freely and easily through your mind,

Through your body.

Going beyond to feel the oneness of the universe,

Connected with the wisdom,

The higher intelligence that connects all beings.

Freeing yourself,

Opening and flowing with this higher wisdom.

Wisdom that connects us all,

That's quiet,

Open and spacious.

The wisdom of the universe,

That's also in you.

With strength,

Wisdom,

Continuing healing.

Living more in the present moment with all of your senses,

Connecting with love,

With trust.

Feeling the true depth,

The true wisdom of your being.

And allowing this to be experienced more and more in your everyday waking state.

A sense of deep power.

Open to your own intuitive mind,

That you can hear so much more clearly,

That you notice yourself flowing and welcoming.

Inviting and open to the wisdom that is beyond your thoughts,

Flowing naturally with what is,

Connected to your higher self.

Embracing and flowing with the cycle of life.

Going beyond to feel the truth of who you really are,
