Take a deep breath in.

You see yourself opening a door.

The door opens easily and silently onto a large orange grove.

As you step through the door into the orange orchard.

You can feel the warmth of the setting sun on your skin.

Its soothing touch fills you with a deep sense of well-being and happiness.

You begin walking slowly and lazily through the orange grove.

.

.

.

.

You see that the trees are covered in blossom.

.

.

.

.

With the occasional orange that you can see growing in amongst the dark green leaves.

.

.

.

.

And the air is filled with the warm scent of oranges and blossom.

.

.

.

It is dusk time.

.

.

.

.

The sun is lowering on the horizon.

.

.

.

.

With each slow step through the orchard.

.

.

.

.

You are feeling so relaxed and peaceful.

.

You find a place to sit.

.

.

.

.

To lie back.

.

.

And watch as the setting sun begins to disappear beyond the horizon.

The whole scene before you is cast in a rosy golden light.

.

The sky is painted in the most vivid colours of pink.

.

.

Orange.

.

.

.

.

And yellow.

.

.

.

.

It is very gradually beginning to darken to violet.

The atmosphere of this landscape contains a feeling of magic.

Delight.

.

.

And wonder.

And as you feel.

Experience the beauty of nature.

Its ability to just be.

A gentle breeze blows softly through the orchard.

So that thousands of orange petals are blown all around you.

And in that moment.

You notice everything begin to slow down.

Like life being set in slow motion.

The petals are floating softly and slowly through the pink light of the setting sun.

Gently moving with a quietness and ease.

Floating so softly.

So slowly.

That if you put your hand out.

You are able to pick individual petals from the air.

.

.

.

.

Feeling so relaxed and sleepy now.

I would like you to bring your attention to your body.

And in a moment.

I will guide your attention gently and slowly through a body scan.

As your attention travels over your body.

You feel that part relax.

And as your body relaxes more deeply.

Your mind too feels quieter.

You bring your attention slowly down to your forehead.

There are thousands of twinkling stars.

Shimmering and glittering above.

The clear night sky filled with stars.

A scent of oranges and blossom in the air.

Lying back.

Looking up at the stars and the sparkles.

You become aware that those stars and sparkles are drifting down.

Down to where you are lying.

That the air about you is filled with thousands of sparkling glittering particles.

Tiny specks of sparkling magic.

.

Dancing.

.

.

.

Twinkling.

And glistening.

Flakes of sparkling happiness.

And each sparkle represents a part of you.

.

Your dreams and your feelings of deep happiness.

So inviting and welcoming.

You naturally allow the glittering sparkles and twinkles to fill your body.

To fill your mind.

And as the twinkling particles of happiness flow through your mind and body.

Very nice. My sleep app said I was into deep sleep at 10 mins. I choose sleep meditations w delta binaural beats because I feel better when I awaken. That the talk down was soothing is a definite plus. Bookmarked ❀️
