I usually listen to track - spiral staircase but it keeps crashing at the 6-7 minute mark. This one worked just as well. Just woke up.

Such a cozy voice Kim! Sleep and me are not that great friends since a few years back already, so i'm trying meditations and they do help. Yours are wonderful. So calm and cozy that for me, it's a way of feeling you there with me and thats really nice. I guess that feeling someone close enough (in this case, a voice) can be important to have a better sleep time. Until i can sleep by myself I will try more of your meditations and for now i can only thank you for being there with your voice (: I hope You can have a wonderful day โœจ
