This Tapping Into Sleep session can help you naturally switch off your mind and release negative energy, so you can drift into peacefully into sleep. No tapping experience needed. Just follow along. With EFT Tapping, we focus on the problem and tap it out of our system. Tapping Instructions Tap with the hand that feels most natural. Tap on either side of the body. You can stay on one side, alternate, or use both. Tap as hard or as soft as you like, or massage the points. Signs of Shifts Yawning, deep breaths, sighing, stretching, tears, laughter, or tiredness. What to Expect Some notice big shifts, some notice something in between, and some not much. Sometimes it can take a little time, like the snow flakes in a snow globe settling.
