Aha,

That moment when you open your phone to send an email,

But you end up here.

How about we energize the body a little bit so you can get back to work?

Take a deep breath in,

And stretch your arms up over your head.

As you take another breath in,

Sit a little bit taller,

And keeping your arms near your ears,

Bend over to the right.

With every in-breath,

Try to find a little bit more space,

Creating length down the side of your waist.

Okay,

Now return to center.

Take a deep breath in,

Sitting taller again.

You'll bend over to the left.

You'll take another breath in here,

Imagining that the ribs are drawing apart,

Creating space in the tissues that lives here.

And take one more breath in.

Bring yourself back through center,

And give your shoulders a roll up towards your ears.

Then glide them down your back.

All right,

Get back to work,

And I'll see you here tomorrow for your next one minute of mindfulness.
