The healing arts practices have been the golden thread that have kept everything in working order in her journey and she has become dedicated to bringing practices to others. Kelsey has years of experience leading groups of all ages and backgrounds within the yoga and meditation communities and beyond. Kelsey practices Insight Meditation and leads Mindfulness based in Buddhist Dharma principles. Kelsey is a RYT in Yoga Therapy and Alignment. Kelsey is currently in the MMTCP '23 certificate program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
