Taking a moment to.
Settle in with your body.
And be creating a long spine.
Letting the shoulder blades melt down your back.
Taking a big,
Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And welcoming in this new day.
With an open and happy heart.
Not everyone was given the gift of today.
You were.
And that's a special and beautiful thing.
And take a moment to check in with your body.
Just observing how your body is feeling today.
Is there any lingering sensations from the evening?
Just check in with your body and any messages it's sending you.
You Om.
And now checking in with your heart.
What's in your heart this morning?
There's no right or wrong answer.
Just simply observe.
And now checking in with your thoughts.
What's on your mind this morning?
And taking all of those things,
The physical sensations,
The thoughts in the mind,
The feelings in the heart.
Letting them be a part of the morning,
But setting them aside just for these next few minutes.
And before we call in our best day.
We're going to begin with a practice sometimes called coffee breath.
It helps to energize and oxygenate the body,
Hence its name.
And so to practice this breath,
You'll begin by exhaling all the air out of your lungs.
Then you'll inhale all the way and you'll do small,
Short exhales like this.
We'll do 10 of those and inhaling again.
Exhaling 10 short,
Strong exhales.
Just continuing with that.
A big,
Full inhale and then 10 short,
Strong exhales.
Letting the breath begin to move through your body.
Allowing it to get the energy moving.
Get everything flowing for the day.
You Ooh.
.
.
You and doing one more round of this breath.
Taking your time to complete this last breath.
And then settling into the energy that breath created.
Noticing any sensations you feel.
Maybe tingling somewhere.
Perhaps you feel just a little bit more vibrant and awake.
And now begin to call in your best day.
Without expectations.
Or particular plan.
Just imagine that you are like a magnet.
And the best day begins to be drawn towards you.
And as this best day is drawn in towards your body,
Into your heart,
Into your mind.
I want you to focus on how your best day would feel.
So instead of focusing on the to-do lists or what you would achieve,
What you would accomplish.
How would your best day feel in your body?
Noticing.
How your best day would feel in your heart.
Emotionally,
How would you feel?
In your best days.
You What about your mind?
What sort of thoughts would you have on your best day?
What things would you be thinking about?
What kind of self-talk would you have on your best day?
You Now think about these three things together.
How the body feels.
The heart,
The thoughts,
And the mind.
And embody your best day.
As if you're already living it.
You existing in this moment,
In your best day.
Feeling it.
Thinking of it.
Experiencing it from your heart.
Really feel it,
Experience it.
Those sensations of your best day.
And as you do,
Begin to visualize your day unfolding.
Maybe you have certain things that you know will happen today.
And as you go through the highlights of your day in your mind.
Focus on how it feels to do those things on your best day.
How does it feel when you're making a cup of coffee in the morning on your best day?
And visualize the highlights of your day.
And feel yourself having.
Your absolute best day.
Your body,
The thoughts in your mind,
The feelings in your heart.
All aligned,
Creating this magnetic and beautiful energy around you.
Following you around and infusing.
Every moment of your day.
With that vibrant and magnetic best day energy.
You Ooooooo Mmm.
Bye!
You Ooooooo Ooh.
The End Imagining now that last part of your day.
It's evening.
You're back at home,
Getting ready for bed.
You're about to get in your bed and you're just thinking,
Ugh.
And that was the best day ever.
And together taking a big deep breath in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
And taking your hands on your heart.
In closing our practice with a moment of gratitude.
The absolute best day that is headed your way.
Thank you so much for joining me for this meditation.
I know your day is going to be wonderful.
