Hello and welcome to this guided meditation to activate your higher self.

So we'll begin by coming into a comfortable position and making sure that you have a place where you can truly unwind.

So let's begin by closing your eyes and taking a few slow deep breaths.

Inhaling through your nose,

Feeling the breath expand into your chest and belly,

And exhaling out of your mouth,

Releasing any tension from your body.

And allow your body to settle in to the moment.

Feel your body is supported by the earth beneath you.

And as you feel the support,

Visualize a soft glowing light above your head,

Radiating warmth,

Calm,

And peace.

Knowing that this light is connected to your highest self,

Your space of wisdom,

Intuition,

And purpose.

And with each inhale,

Imagine that this light begins to slowly descend,

Making its way towards you.

Feeling it gently pour into the crown of your head and spreading down through your body,

Filling you with a sense of calm,

Peace,

And unconditional love.

And notice the warmth of this energy as it flows through your head,

Neck,

And shoulders,

Relaxing and softening every part of you.

That light continues to move through your chest,

Your torso,

Down your arms,

And further down through your body.

As this light continues to pour into your body,

You just feel this deep sense of connection and alignment to your highest self,

That part of you that knows your true path.

The space of your deepest wisdom,

Your internal guide,

Moving you towards a place of love and compassion and authenticity.

Every moment as the light continues to pour in,

You feel more connected to your higher self.

Allowing the light to fill up your entire body now,

From head to toe.

And tell yourself,

I welcome in my higher self.

I am open to its guidance,

Love,

And wisdom.

Allow yourself to burst with that feeling of connection,

Support,

And love that moves between you and your higher self.

Taking some time to listen,

Asking your higher self if there are any messages that it wants to share with you,

Or maybe you have some questions that you'd like to ask your higher self now.

As you continue to spend time with your higher self,

Maybe listening or asking questions,

Know that the answers may not be completely concrete.

It could come as a feeling,

A word,

An image.

Just allow whatever is coming up to arise naturally and just let it happen.

Just taking a few more moments being with your higher self,

Maybe experiencing gratitude for this part of you,

For your wisdom.

Now take a few more deep breaths,

Feeling the presence of your higher self within you.

Trust that you are always connected to this higher guidance,

And you can return to it or call upon it whenever you need.

Whether it's support,

Clarity,

Wisdom,

Your higher self is always there.

And when you're ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the moment.

Be wiggling your fingers or toes,

Opening your eyes,

And continuing on with your day.
