
Part 2: I Have Enough

This is a mindful tapping meditation to help release poverty beliefs and add in a new belief that there is always enough. This can be applied to health, love, abundance, time, and freedom. The points used are: - Top of the head (crown forehead) - Third eye (top corner of the eyebrow) - Outside corner of the eye (under the eye, directly under the pupil) - Under the nose - Middle of the chin - Collar bone k27 point on end nodule - Outside edge of the base of the nail bed

Hello there,
It's Kelly here today and I'd like to share with you some mindful tapping for always having enough.
This is part two of some work I've been doing.
You'll find part one on my personal page.
It's a meditation but you can do both of them just as separate meditations as well.
So I hope you enjoy this active meditation using EFT tapping points.
So let's get ready to work.
We're going to release anything that blocks us from having enough of everything we want and we're going to add in the energy of we have enough.
So get nice and comfortable and close your eyes.
And then take some nice deep breaths in and out.
Allowing yourself to start to feel centred,
Relaxed and calm.
Recognise that you're doing something now for yourself.
Now bring your hands over your heart and place one over the other.
Continuing to take some nice cleansing breaths in and out.
And imagine the energy of always having enough coming in through your hands and dripping into your heart centre.
And from the heart it comes out into the rest of the cells of your body.
So that each cell is starting to fill this energy of I always have enough.
I always have enough.
And you can say this out loud with me as we go if you'd like to or you can just allow my words to gently float into your mind and your body.
So now we're going to take one of the hands and we're going to start using the tapping point on the very top of the head on your crown.
In the centre of your crown.
So taking a hand up to the top of the head and gently,
Lightly and rhythmically start tapping that point.
And as you tap we're going to say I always have enough.
And let go of anything that blocks me from always having enough.
And then take a nice deep breath in and out.
And gently and slowly bring your hand down to the middle of your forehead,
Your third eye point.
And now just using one or two fingers here,
Again lightly and with a sense of love for yourself.
Gently tapping.
I release anything that causes me to feel that I don't have enough.
So I can now focus on always having enough.
Nice deep breath in and out.
And then gently moving the hand over to the very beginning of your eyebrow.
You can go either side here.
The side nearest your nose.
Just where your eyebrow starts.
Gently,
Rhythmically tapping.
I release any blocks to having enough.
I always have enough.
And that can be I have enough money,
I have enough time,
I have enough love,
I have enough help.
Anything you like.
You can hold the thought of what it is you want to work on personally as we go around.
Now come across the eyebrow and down to the corner of the eye on the outside edge.
So this side is nearest to your ear.
And we're tapping again lightly and rhythmically.
And this time we're just going to say I always have enough.
I have abundance in my life in all the things I need.
Nice deep breath in and out.
Feel that energy coming to you now.
Now going under the eye,
Going on the eye socket bone and we're directly under where your pupil would be if you were looking out straight ahead.
I always have enough.
The universe supports me in this belief that there is always enough.
Enough health,
Enough prosperity,
Enough love,
Enough time.
Whatever else you need.
Nice breath in and out.
Coming down to directly under the nose and above the top lip.
Gently tapping.
I always have enough.
I always have enough.
That's it.
Feel that energy.
Acknowledge that you always do have enough.
And if it's good for you,
Look for things that you do have enough of currently.
Maybe you have enough eyesight to see all the beauty in the world.
Or enough hearing.
Or enough time to go and walk in nature and see all the beauty on the planet.
I have enough.
Nice breath in and out.
And now bringing your finger down to the middle of your chin,
Right in that little indent in the middle of the chin.
Gently tapping.
I have enough.
There is always enough.
I have more than enough in fact.
And I attract this into my life now.
And let go of any blocks to me having enough.
Nice breath in and out.
Now we're moving down off the face onto the body and we're going to the collarbone.
And we're looking for on the edge of the collarbone nodules,
There's two on either side.
Just sort of directly under almost where your chin is on the collarbone.
Just find that end nodule,
It's called the K-27 point if you want to look it up.
But if you use three or four fingers to tap your collarbone,
You definitely won't miss stimulating that energy point because it'll vibrate through.
I always have enough.
I have enough of everything I need in my life.
Nice breath in and out.
And now we're going to come down onto the hand.
And the first point we tap is on the thumb,
It's on the base of the nail bed on the outside edge.
And we're going to use that tapping point on all of the fingers as well.
So it's always on the outside edge of the base of the nail bed.
I have enough.
I am enough and I have enough.
Nice deep breath in and out.
Moving on to your first finger,
Outside edge,
The base of the nail bed.
I am grateful that I always have enough.
I have enough help.
I have enough abundance.
I have enough financial prosperity.
I have enough time to do the things I love.
Middle finger on the base of that nail bed.
Take a nice breath in and out.
I release anything that has blocked me from having enough in the past.
And I now bring my focus to always having enough.
I am supported and I am loved.
And I have enough.
Nice breath in and out.
Now moving on to the ring finger.
Base of the nail bed.
I always have enough.
I have enough and this allows me to be generous,
To be loving,
Kind and good humoured.
Because I have enough of everything.
I have enough energy to get me through the day.
I have enough life force.
Nice breath in and out.
Now onto your little finger.
I always have enough.
Always have enough.
I affirm this now and it is my full intention to always have enough.
Nice breath in and out.
Now our last point is on the back side of the hand.
Halfway down the edge that your little finger sort of runs down and it is like a karate chopping motion.
In fact it is called the karate chopping.
And as you tap this we are going to say,
I give myself permission to always have enough.
I give myself permission to always have enough.
Always have enough.
Take a nice breath in and out.
And then bring your hands back over your heart.
You might feel the energy in your hands tingling,
Buzzing.
Take some nice deep breaths here.
And we are going to use a little visualisation now of taking off a rucksack that we have been carrying around.
And in it were all the limiting thoughts and beliefs that stopped us from having enough.
You don't need to look inside,
You can just take the rucksack off,
Free yourself from it now.
Put it down on the floor.
And then as you stand up nice and straight and tall,
Notice that you feel much lighter and freer.
And now walk away with purpose from that rucksack,
Once more affirming that you don't need those thoughts and beliefs anymore.
You are walking away into your life of having enough of abundance and prosperity.
And then take a few moments to start to visualise what that will feel like for you.
Always having enough,
Whatever it is you need.
See yourself fully energised because it is important to have the energy to create the life you want.
See this day is a new day of starting knowing that you have enough and how that is going to affect this day.
And one more little tip,
If you find at any point your thoughts have gone backwards a little bit,
You can just tap your heart and say out loud,
I always have enough,
I always have enough,
I always have enough.
And now relax your hands back down.
Roll your shoulders,
Have a little stretch,
Bring your arms up and reach to the sky,
Knowing now that you're ready for your day.
Ready for your day.
