This is an active practice using Mindful Tapping Techniques to create a strong energy of knowing that "You can do it." Sometimes we need a helping hand to get something done, whether it's a life-changing goal or getting on with the paperwork this rouns of Tapping will help you gather the energy to get it done. The tapping points are: Crown - top of the head Third eye - middle of the forehead Eyebrow- Top corner/start of the eyebrow Corner of eye - Outside edge of the eye

Hello there,

It's Kelly here and today I'd like to share with you an active tapping meditation so that we can generate some energy.

We're going to use the tapping statement,

I can do it and we're going to generate that energy as we go through this meditation.

So if you'd like to find a comfortable place to sit or if you prefer you can stand up and do this meditation.

I want you to start by just taking some nice breaths in and out,

Placing your hands over your heart and bringing your attention within.

If you're standing become aware of roots in your feet spreading down and out into the earth,

Feeling your connection with the earth and if you're sitting allow those roots to come out of your tailbone and down,

Into the earth.

We're going to start this practice today by breathing in and out of our solar plexus energy,

This is where we generate will and we generate energy.

So we're going to just take a few moments before we start our active tapping meditation to activate the energy within our solar plexus.

So if you'd like you can bring your hands down to your solar plexus which sits just above your navel and as you breathe in I want you to visualise a beautiful sun in that area.

As you breathe out visualise the sun becoming brighter,

Hotter and more powerful.

Each breath in visualising the sun and each breath out allowing the sun to start to feel hotter and brighter as if you're adding energy into this solar plexus energy centre.

Allow the sun to expand a little further each time you breathe out.

You may even start to feel the warmth that you're generating with your energy and attention in that solar plexus energy.

Now on your next in-breath bring your hands back up to your heart and in your mind hold the intention that I can do it.

I can do it.

Now bringing one of your hands slowly and gently up to the very top of your head and you're going to be tapping on the crown point and we're going to stick with tapping rather than holding today because we want active energy,

We want to generate energy.

So as you tap this point say to yourself or out loud I can do it.

I can do it.

Take a nice breath in and out.

Now gently bringing your hand down to the middle of your forehead,

Your third eye point,

Tapping I have all the energy I need to do it.

I have all the energy I need to do this.

Nice breath in and out.

Lightly and rhythmically tapping.

Now moving just using one finger down to the very corner,

The outside edge of your eyebrow,

The point closest to your nose.

I can do it energy.

I've got the motivation.

I've got the will.

Nice breath in and out.

Good now sliding your finger along your eyebrow and down to the corner of the outside edge of your eye,

Tapping just next to your eye lightly and rhythmically.

I can do it energy.

I believe in myself and I know I can do this.

Nice breath in and out.

Now come down underneath the eye directly where your pupil would be if you were looking straight ahead and you're tapping on the eye bone still.

I let go of anything that's stopping me having the energy to do whatever it is I need to do today.

Nice breath in and out.

Coming down to just under the nose and above the top lip.

I can do it energy.

I've got all the energy I need to do this.

And we're tapping slightly quicker when we're using something where we want to generate energy than we would be if we were doing something to create a feeling of calm or peace.

Nice breath in and out moving down to the middle of the chin.

I can do it energy.

I trust in myself and I have all the energy I need to do it.

Nice breath in and out.

Good.

Now we're coming down off the face onto the collar bone and we're tapping the very edge of the collar bone sort of in line with where your chin is.

You can feel there's one either side,

Two little nodules at the end of the collar bone.

Either side you can tap on.

I can do it energy.

I'm looking forward to doing it and I can't wait to feel the satisfaction of knowing that I've done it.

Nice breath in and out.

Now we're coming down to tap the finger and thumb points.

So we're coming down to the thumbnail and we're looking at tapping the outside edge of the nail at the bottom of the nail bed.

If you use two fingers you know that you'll definitely hit the point and you're just tapping where the outside edge of the nail is.

I can do it energy.

I've got this in hand and I've got all the energy I need to do it.

Take a nice breath in and out before moving on to tap your first finger in the same place on the outside edge of the base of the nail bed.

I'm excited to have the energy to do this.

I can do it.

Nice breath in and out.

Allow your face to take on a gentle smile now as you move on to tap your middle finger,

The ring finger.

Sorry not the ring finger,

Your middle finger.

Knowing that you're already building the energy to achieve whatever it is you want to achieve.

I can do it energy.

Now moving on to your ring finger,

Base of the outside edge of the nail.

I'm happy to have the energy to do this.

Nice breath in and out.

All the meantime tapping that finger and then moving on to your little finger,

Base of the outside edge of the nail.

I can do it energy.

Yes,

I can do it energy.

Now just notice how good it feels to say the word yes.

Repeat it to yourself a few times out loud if you can.

Yes,

I can do it energy.

Yes,

I can do it energy.

Yes.

It's amazing isn't it how our body is wired to respond to positive words and energy.

So we're smiling,

We're saying yes,

We're tapping and now we're moving down to our last tapping point which is on the outside back of the hand.

It's like a karate chopping motion.

I can do it energy.

Yes and I give myself full permission now to have all the energy I need to do it.

Fantastic.

Now just bring your hands back over your heart.

Notice the energy in your hands.

Notice the energy in your body.

Allow yourself to take on all the effects of the work you've just done.

Feel yourself becoming freer,

More energised,

More empowered,

Lighter and brighter.

And now take the next few moments to allow some energy thoughts to come to you.

These may be plans for whatever it is that you want to achieve or some clarity.

Feel the energy building within you.

And now see yourself already having done whatever it is that you want to achieve.

Feeling happy,

Satisfied and at peace.

And now as you relax your hands,

Just give your hands and arms a bit of a shake and you're ready to go off and achieve whatever you want to achieve today.

I tap every day. Today I found this and can’t believe how I felt whilst doing it. Where did I feel it? In my feet.!! They were on fire. When I finished I touched them and they were just normal temperature but several minutes later they are still burning.
