
Releasing Anger And Blame With Mindful Tapping

This is a practice to help release Anger and blame either against oneself or others using Modern Energy Tapping points. it is an active tapping meditation and can be used more than once to completely clear anger and blame.

Hi there,
It's Kelly here and today I'd like to share with you a mindful tapping meditation for releasing anger and blame.
So first of all just find somewhere to sit comfortably with a nice straight spine and then gently closing your eyes,
Allowing yourself to become fully present in the moment.
Now you can use this tapping round to release just general anger and blame that you've felt in the past or you can use it for something very specific and you can of course alter the words that you're saying as we tap the points so that they're more suitable for you.
Let's start by placing our hands over our heart,
Taking some breaths in and out and affirming to ourselves that we are now ready to release and free ourselves from anger and blame.
And I want you to take three nice breaths in and out and on each out-breath allow your body to feel a little bit more relaxed,
Perhaps making your out-breath slightly longer than your in-breath allowing the muscles to soften.
Notice your feet on the floor and feel the connection to this beautiful planet.
That's it.
And now we're going to start using the mindful tapping points which is derived from modern energy tapping and we start with moving one hand to the very top of your head,
Your crown point and you're just very lightly tapping that point in a rhythmic and relaxed way.
And as you tap it we'll start off by saying I release all the anger and blame I've been feeling.
And then take a nice breath in and out and on your out-breath feel the anger and the blame leaving.
You're blowing it away.
Now bring your hand down and we're going to move to the forehead,
The third eye point right in the centre of the forehead.
I let go of the burden of carrying anger or blame.
And I'm going to leave a space after each time I say that so that if you want to say something different you can do that or you can repeat what I've said.
Taking a nice breath in and blowing it all away on that out-breath.
And then gently moving,
Just using one finger now to the top of the eyebrow where your eyebrow begins.
I free myself from the energy of anger and blame.
Nice breath in and breathe it all away on that out-breath.
Now move your finger down to the corner of your eye and you're just tapping on the corner of the eye point.
I release all anger and blame that I'm presently carrying so that I can feel a sense of lightness and freedom.
I don't wish to carry this anger and blame anymore.
Nice breath in and breathe it all away on your out-breath.
As you move your finger down now to underneath the eye,
You're tapping on the isopic bone and if you had your eyes open and were looking straight ahead you'd be tapping directly in line with your pupil.
It's safe for me to free myself from any anger and blame.
Nice breath in and out.
Now moving your finger down to underneath your nose and above your top lip right in the centre.
As I free myself from this anger and blame energy,
I find forgiveness in my heart whether it's for myself or someone else and I welcome the energy of forgiveness to heal myself.
Nice breath in and out releasing any anger or blame on that out-breath.
And then moving your hand down to the middle of your chin.
It's safe for me to let go of this old energy now and welcome in a new healing energy whether it's forgiveness or love or just feeling better about myself.
Now it's time to take a breath in and out again.
Releasing on that out-breath and moving your hand down to your collarbone.
You're looking for the end nodulon of your collarbone.
It's one either side.
If you tap with a few fingers you're bound to hit the acupressure point.
Release all anger and blame I've been feeling or holding onto and free myself from this now.
Nice breath in and out.
Allow your body to stay relaxed.
And now we're moving down onto the hands and we're tapping the base of the thumbnail on the outside edge.
It's safe for me to release these old feelings now.
I let this go with love.
I let this go with forgiveness.
And I allow this to heal me now.
Nice breath in and out.
And then moving onto your next finger.
Tapping the base of the fingernail of your first finger.
Release all anger and blame I've been feeling.
And anything that those emotions cover up including sadness or fear.
Nice breath in and out.
I release all of this now so that I can start feeling calm,
Relaxed and at peace.
Calm,
Relaxed and at peace.
Taking a nice breath in and out.
Moving onto your ring finger.
The base of the nail bed.
Outside edge.
I now focus on feeling calm,
Relaxed and at peace.
So I release the last of the anger and blame.
Nice breath in and out.
Now on this little finger tapping point we're going to say release any anger and blame I'm feeling towards.
You can place the name of someone if you want to there or it could be you're feeling towards the world.
Or anything you like.
And now we're coming round to our final tapping point which is known as the karate chop point.
And it's halfway down the back edge of the hand just like a karate chopping motion.
One hand is hitting the back of the other.
I fully commit now to releasing all anger and blame.
I free myself of this energy.
Calm,
Relaxed and at peace.
And now take a nice breath in and out before gently placing your hands back over your heart.
Nice breaths here in and out.
Oxygenating your body.
Flowing energy.
You've just made some room for some beautiful new energy in your life.
And now you can choose whatever energy you'd like to have more of.
You can like more love and acceptance.
Or happiness or peace.
Your choice is yours.
Imagine now that you're breathing that energy in through the top of your head.
And with each out breath you're flowing it down through your body.
All the way out through your feet.
With each breath in you're breathing in more and flowing it down so that it washes over every aspect of your being.
Keep breathing the energy in and flowing it out.
Your cells are vibrating with new beautiful energy.
Now just take a moment to imagine yourself in a very relaxing and beautiful place.
And in this place there's a beautiful healing energy.
It's refreshing,
It's energising and revitalising.
This place is so beautiful for you.
Just looking around gives you a beautiful sense of healing.
Hearing the sounds around you.
And you can come back to this place anytime you want to feel more calm and relaxed.
But for now relax your hands down.
And you can rest here for a little more time if you'd like to.
Alternatively you can open your eyes and come all the way back feeling refreshed,
Revitalised and full of energy.

This meditation was brilliant. I liked the tapping alongside the breathing - although, found myself tapping quite heavily...perhaps all the anger surfacing?! I am grieving a very big loss of lifestyle and what was my home for the past three years. Along with my job, friendships and economic state of living and it’s all happened due to Covid. I honestly feel so angry at the moment with the world and how unfair and cruel life feels currently, that I wake up in pain most mornings, my body aching because of the grief in my body. Or it comes out as explosive rage at those I’m closest too. I’m realising, a lot of people in my life currently aren’t able to hold space for this anger either and it’s coming back at me like a boomerang; which makes me even more angry! It feels therapeutic to share this although lengthy! Perhaps this alongside my normal meditations and exercise will help clear some of the anger out of my body. Here’s hoping! 🙏🏻 Thank you again so much! It’s really helped. X
