You can use this meditation a few times a day if needed. The points used are Crown- top of the head, Forehead- centre of the forehead, Eyebrow- corner of eyebrow nearest nose, Corner of eye- outside corner of eye,Under eye- eye socket bone directly under the pupil, Under nose- above the top lip in the centre, chin- middle of the chin, Collarbone- k27 point on edge of collarbone nodule under the throat, Thumb and fingers - outside edge of the base of the nail bed, Karate chop point- halfway down outside edge of back of hand as if karate chopping.
