It's Kelly here and today I'd like to share with you an active mindful tapping meditation for health and vitality.
So as always find somewhere comfortable to sit or you can stand and do this and then gently close your eyes and place your hands one over the other over your heart centre.
Take some breaths here and imagine that you're already energising your heart with health and vitality.
Health and vitality is flowing into your heart through your hands,
Touching every cell of your being with a new message for health and vitality and all the benefits that come with that.
If you haven't already gently close your eyes and take one of your hands right to the very top of your head,
The crown and we're going to be gently tapping the crown point lightly and rhythmically and lovingly as we say health and vitality.
I would like more health and vitality.
Now take a nice breath in and all the way out and bring your hand down to the middle of your forehead,
Your third eye point,
Again gently tapping lightly and rhythmically.
Health and vitality,
Feel the energy of those words.
Health and vitality,
Nice breath in and out and then taking just one finger of your tapping hand to the very corner of your eyebrow,
Gently lightly and lovingly tapping the eyebrow point,
Corner nearest your nose.
Health and vitality,
I can have health and vitality,
Nice breath in and out,
Starting to feel radiant as you bring your finger now down to the corner of your eye tapping gently the outside edge.
Health and vitality,
Health and vitality radiate through me,
Health and vitality,
Nice breath in and out,
Gently bringing down the finger now to tap on the eye socket bone directly in the centre under where your pupil would be.
Health and vitality,
More health and vitality,
I can have more health and vitality.
Feel yourself being energised,
Taking a breath in and all the way out,
Moving your finger down to just under your nose and above your top lip in the very centre.
Health and vitality,
Health and vitality,
Breathe that energy in,
Flow it down and out through your body on the out breath.
Health and vitality,
Now coming down to the centre of your chin,
Very middle of your chin,
Tapping lightly and lovingly,
Health and vitality,
Even more health,
Even more vitality,
Nice breath in and all the way out.
Now coming down to the collarbone and you can use a few fingers here and you're tapping on the part of your collarbone that is just under your throat near the centre and it's the very end nodule you're trying to get,
There's one on either side,
K27 point.
Health and vitality,
I am healthy and I'm full of vitality.
Nice breath in and out,
Start picturing yourself full of health and vitality and what that will feel and look like for you as you tap.
Now coming down onto the hand,
You're tapping on the thumb on the outside edge of the base of the nail bed,
Health and vitality,
Super health and so much vitality.
Nice breath in and out,
Moving on to your first finger,
Outside edge,
Base of the nail bed,
Health and vitality,
Radiant with health,
Full of vitality.
I've got a spring in my step.
On to your middle finger,
Base of the nail bed and the outside edge,
Full of health and vitality.
That's me,
Full of health and vitality and I can have more health and more vitality.
Nice breath in and out,
Moving on to the next step,
Have more health and more vitality.
Nice breath in and out,
Moving on to your ring finger,
So much health and vitality.
All the health and vitality,
My cells are full of health and vitality.
Nice breath in and out,
Little finger,
Base of the fingernail,
All the health and vitality,
I am full of health and vitality.
Feel it,
See it,
Sense it,
Health and vitality flowing through your body now.
Now the last point is on the outside edge of the back of the hand,
Halfway down,
Like you're giving yourself a karate chop.
I give myself permission for super health and vitality.
And vitality,
Yes,
Super health.
Now place your hands over your heart,
Take some breaths in and out,
Feel thankful and grateful and feel your cells dancing with this new energy.
Feel grateful for everything your body does for you every day.
Feel grateful for your breath,
Feel grateful for your breath,
Allow yourself to gently smile,
Breathe and smile.
Feel grateful for your breath,
Allow yourself to gently smile,
Breathe and smile.
Now see yourself going about the rest of your day feeling full of health and vitality and keep that focus.
