by KC Gonzalez
This EFT/tapping session is to help relieve you of any anxiety pertaining to procrastination, getting on task, staying on task, and completing a task. Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 on how you feel right now. Hopefully, by the end of this session, you will feel some relief. Keep coming back when needed.

Hello and welcome to your EFT for procrastination.
My name is Casey and I will be guiding you today.
Before we begin,
Find yourself in a comfortable seat,
Either cross-legged on the ground or feet firmly planted on the ground with this tall straight spine.
So as we begin,
I want you to begin thinking about your procrastination and where are you on a scale of 1 to 10.
10 being extremely uncomfortable and 1 it being a non-issue.
So if you fall anywhere from a 10,
9,
8,
Our goal hopefully after this session,
The number will be a little bit lower and you'll feel a little relieved from your procrastination.
So we will begin with stating our setup statement three times and I will guide you as we tap.
So starting at the karate chop point,
Doesn't matter which side you start with,
The left or the right.
But finding that karate chop point on the pinky side of your hand just below the pinky,
Start tapping there and we'll say our statement three times.
Even though I keep putting off important tasks,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I keep putting off important tasks,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Last time.
Even though I keep putting off important tasks,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Starting at the third eye,

Allow your hands to rest gently in your lap or on top of your thighs.
Take a moment and pause.
Take a moment to evaluate how you feel on that scale of 1 to 10,
Our most pressing issue.
Just a little check-in to see how we feel and if that number has moved closer to the one side than the 10 side.
And if not,
Know that that is okay and normal.
Please keep coming back to this practice and it will get better.
On your next inhale,
Reaching your arms up and overhead and exhaling all that divine energy down to your heart center.
And that divine energy vibrates as the frequency of love through which all of us on this planet are connected.
The light in me salutes and honors the light in you.
Namaste.
Thank you so much for allowing me to provide you with this service.

This was so great! Thank you so much for creating it! I went from a 10 down to a 7, which is pretty remarkable, especially in 10 minutes! I haven't been at a seven in over a year! Thank you so much! β€οΈβπ©Ή

I really enjoy this meditation. I like using the 1-10 to identify where am I and my number is always able to come down a bit after having done the meditation. Very helpful! Thank you ππΌ

Super high vibes π I didnβt totally agree with all the statements about why I am procrastinating, but the statements about how I will overcome were helpful. Iβd love to learn to write my own tapping script.
