Hello and welcome to your EFT for grief.
My name is Casey and I will be leading you in this practice.
Before we begin,
Take a moment to assess where you are on a scale of one to ten.
Our most pressing issue of grief.
The idea is during this meditation,
The number that you are at right now before we start will hopefully have gone down the scale.
So if you started at a nine,
Maybe it'll move to a six or a five.
Maybe you're at a ten and it moves to a seven.
Any improvement is better and just know that if you don't feel any relief,
That's okay too.
Just keep coming back to this practice.
I will guide you as we tap.
The first tapping point will be the karate chop on the side of the hand.
It does not matter which hand you use to tap.
Whatever hand is most comfortable.
And then we will tap at the third eye center,
The side eye,
The side eye,
Under the eye,
Under the nose,
The chin,
The collarbone,
Underarm,
And crown.
I will guide you with each statement where to be tapping.
So sitting up nice and tall,
Feel your sitting bones pressing down into the earth,
The crown of your head reaching towards the sky.
Pause here for a few breaths,
Smoothing out your breath,
Finding a comfortable rhythm,
A smooth inhale through your nose,
And a nice comfortable gentle exhale out your nose or through your lips.
One more breath,
Inhaling through your nose,
Soft,
Slow exhale,
Release.
Finding your karate chop point,
Begin to tap.
I will repeat the setup statement three times,
And the following statements two times.
Even though I am feeling this grief,
I love and honor myself.
I accept these feelings as a sign of deep love.
Even though I am feeling this grief,
I love and honor myself.
I accept these feelings as a sign of deep love.
Even though I am feeling this grief,
I love and honor myself.
I accept these feelings as a sign of deep love.
Tapping on the third eye.

Collarbone.
Relief is on the other side of this breath.
Relief is on the other side of this breath.
Underarm.
Grief is part of my human experience.
Grief is part of my human experience.
Crown.
And so is great love.
And so is great love.
Pause here for a moment.
Allow your hands to rest in your lap.
Breathing into your heart space and into your belly.
And releasing that exhale with a soft sigh.
Before we close our practice,
Take a moment here again to evaluate where you are on that scale of one to 10,
Our most pressing issue.
Are you sensing any relief?
Or did things stay the same?
No judgment either way.
Just keep coming back to the practice and know that time will soften the hurt.
The grief will not leave us completely.
That is something we will carry for the rest of our lives because it is a sign of great love.
How wonderful it is to love so deeply.
On your next inhale,
Let's reach our arms up and overhead.
Connecting palms together.
Exhale as you bring them in front of your heart center.
Bringing down all of that divine universal energy to your heart center.
And that divine universal energy vibrates as the frequency of love through which you and I and all sentient beings are connected on this planet.
The light in me salutes and honors the light in you.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Thank you very much for allowing me to be of service.
I hope this served you well.
And have a great rest of your day.
