Hello and welcome to this daily pleasure list meditation practice.
This pleasure list is born from the idea of making a list each day of the things that you might do today if you knew you were going to die tomorrow.
Now instead of manifesting our death we will spin this around and manifest the things in our life that bring us pleasure.
So having some paper and writing utensil somewhere nearby and we'll set ourselves up before we get started in the meditative state.
So I'll ask you to write a few things down so go ahead and pause if you need to get some paper.
And when you're ready admiring this blank paper and appreciating its possibilities.
And anywhere on the paper you're gonna write body allowing for some space around it somewhere else you're gonna write mind allowing space and the word heart spirit and finally community.
And sitting back and breathing into this pleasurable body coming into meditative state through the breath through your awareness of your body on the ground sinking in whether you're sitting up or lying down now sinking into awareness of the back body supported the front body open above and below feeling safe and held and good I deserve pleasure in my life I do this practice to love myself my family and this world more intentionally and with grace I affirm and manifest these experiences and feelings into my life when it's ready for me everything that I want is available to me and comes to me in the right timing I let this go and trust what is right for me will come in the right time coming back to awareness bringing all of your pleasure with you into this body into these hands and this paper in front of us where we can express our desires so we let go of what came yesterday we let go of our expectations stepping into this practice with an open heart and coming into the reality of what's available to us today so in each of these areas we'll write one two five things that are attainable today believing in yourself believing that these are attainable is the only effort that you put in so beginning with the body how do I nourish my body the muscles the cells the organs this physical body walking on this beautiful earth what can I give it today to bring me pleasure and when you're ready moving on to the mind how do I exercise my brain today how do I enhance my thoughts increase my knowledge or find organization opportunities in this day today bringing pleasure of thought what can I do today and the sweet open heart how do I enhance my sense of belonging today how do I nurture close relationships how do I expand my circle and bring more love and pleasure into my day my free spirit how do I free my soul today what do I pray for what is my ritual to relate to my spirit and our community what can I do today to give back to my community to my neighborhood to those around me how do I expand my circles of love and support and looking back over this pleasure list checking in revising anywhere that something doesn't feel right anymore or something better has come up since you wrote it down just give yourself permission to better align this list to be attainable and real for you to bring yourself more pleasure in your day and when you're ready let it all go breathing again into that trust letting it all go finding comfort in knowing it will all happen in the right timing for you find opportunities for pleasure every minute that you can best wishes on this glorious day enjoy yourself namaste
