Hello and welcome to this meditation for self-love.

First we'll come into our body.

Take some deep breaths,

Bringing your awareness to your hands.

Letting go.

Coming fully into your body.

And getting out of the head.

As distracting thoughts come up,

Let them go.

Just put a pause.

You'll get back to that in just a little bit.

Right now this moment is for you.

In this meditation I'll say a phrase and you'll repeat it to yourself silently in your heart.

In the kind voice of a best friend.

I love your heart.

I love your smile.

I love your laugh.

I love your presence.

I love talking with you.

I love your kindness.

I love your sense of humor.

I love being with you.

I love you as you are right now.

I love you as you are right now.

I love you as you are right now.

Welcoming some small movements to your body to come back and reintegrate with your day in this loving peace of mind that you've created.

Remember you can come back here anytime.

Come back to your heart.

Come back to trusting yourself.
