I am affirmations on transitions.
In this meditation,
I will offer you two versions of an affirmation.
First in a phrase of I can,
Followed by I am.
This enables you to first grant permission to accept this affirmation.
It is much easier to accept the I am after you've laid some groundwork.
There will be pauses between each affirmation.
You can say this out loud.
You can say it inside.
You can scream it if you feel it.
Let's begin.
Take some deep breaths.
I can let go of the past.
I am letting go of the past.
I can enjoy this transition.
I am enjoying this transition.
I can move in a new way.
I am moving in a new way.
I can find peace in this direction.
I am finding peace in this direction.
I can reach out for help to understand this change.

I can release attachment to my expectations.
