Today on Simply Meditation,
As we live this life we learn to survive the day-to-day but we always yearn for something more than that,
For more than the mundane,
More than simple.
We are complex creatures and we need much more than just air,
Water,
And food and a roof over our heads.
We need to really feel alive each moment that we are living.
But the question is how do we do this?
The question that most people spend their lives trying to answer is how do we find our bliss?
How do we make our lives special?
How do we fill our life with purpose?
How do we live up to our potential?
Take a few moments to just breathe.
Make sure that you are sitting comfortably.
Feel the air moving in and out of your lungs and tune in to just this moment.
You chose to take this time to give yourself this gift,
To make this moment mean something for you.
You chose to make this moment special.
To turn inward is where you are going to find the answers of how to find your bliss and how to use your potential to its highest.
We were all born with unique abilities and unique perspectives on how to see the world.
There is only one you and to spend your life focused inward on your true self is how you're going to access the ability to make this life special.
Think of yourself as a puzzle and you spend your whole life trying to put together this puzzle.
Every time you find a piece,
Every time you fit that piece into where it's supposed to be,
It just clicks into place and you know that that is where that piece goes.
It's a feeling that you get deep down in your belly.
In your belly is where you hold your compass and when you follow this compass,
When you find where those pieces fit,
You are living your purpose.
Every time you figure out what your purpose is,
The puzzle piece that is you fits and clicks into place in a larger puzzle that is the world.
Everything is interconnected.
So when that seed goes into the soil and that soil receives the water,
A plant is going to grow and then that plant will bear fruit.
Your life and the world is the same way.
Every moment that you choose to give to yourself is like you putting that seed in the soil.
Every time you give yourself a moment filled with something good for you like meditation or taking a walk outside,
That is you giving yourself the nutrients and the water that you give to the seed.
Every connection that you make with someone who sees you and knows you and loves you is like the sunlight beaming down on that small little seed and eventually over time,
Over time,
If you give yourself patience,
It will grow and you will grow and you will experience the most abundant life that you can manifest for yourself.
A part of life and a part of finding your path is by experimenting.
So all we can do is try.
Try new things,
Meet new people,
Go to new places and see where that puzzle piece clicks.
Where does it fit?
If you remain stuck in any one place and you are not growing,
Then you know that those are not the right conditions for you to flourish.
So keep going,
Keep trying new things,
Keep meeting new people and eventually you will figure out the puzzle that is your life.
You will find your purpose,
You will find your bliss,
You will find your own special path because we are all given one.
We are all given this beautiful gift of life and to spend your life not learning who you are,
Who you truly are,
Is like not picking up something that was given to you.
That is like turning your back on yourself.
So think about picking up that gift,
Think about unwrapping it,
Think about all of the surprises that are inside.
Be excited to wake up each day because each day you are going to discover something new inside that gift and sometimes what comes from there is very unexpected,
So unexpected that it will take your breath away.
So spend a final few moments just breathing,
Focus in on the air moving in and out of your lungs,
Focus on your heart beating in your chest and think about all of the new beautiful exciting things that the gift that the coming day has to offer you.
Your life is magic,
You will find your bliss.
Namaste.
