Find yourself somewhere comfortable,

Sitting up,

Laying down,

And just letting your body relax.

Tune into your breath.

Let yourself become still.

Let the world around you become still just for a few moments.

And just scan your body,

Starting with your feet,

So that you become aware of the magnificent being you are right here in this moment,

That you are staying here in your body,

Breathing,

Present,

Scanning from the feet all the way up the legs,

The knees,

The hips,

The torso,

The chest,

The shoulders,

The arms,

The neck,

The head,

The face,

All the way up to the top of your head.

You need to breathe,

Letting it deepen.

I want you to feel a white light.

Imagine a white light above your head,

And it goes down through your head,

Covering your entire body from the inside out.

And that white light makes you feel strong,

Invincible,

Loving,

Optimistic,

Powerful,

Authentically you,

Bringing in the vision you have for your life and your future,

Embracing all parts of that inner child you have,

Accepting every emotion,

Painful or otherwise,

That you've experienced.

And with all of that,

You feel peace,

Peace in your heart,

Peace in your mind.

And I want you to let your heart and your soul just wrap the rest of you in even brighter light.

So now you have this energy,

This white light coming from above,

And then from your heart,

Imagine a pink light emanating outwards from within.

You are protected.

You are held.

And as you feel that,

You are back on that rock in the desert.

And again in front of you,

That person,

Pattern,

Situation appears,

And this time your inner state doesn't change.

This time,

The energy flowing through your body remains your own,

From you and the universe and God.

It is yours.

And you feel the strength in that as you look at the person or situation or feeling or pattern in front of you.

And take three deep breaths and breathe into the energy coming from above your head and from your heart.

Breathing in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

In through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

And feel it get bigger and stronger as you continue to hold their presence in front of you.

And on your last one,

Let it go.

And know that you are unshakable,

That you are love.

You are a collection of all the lessons you have learned up until this very moment.

And you are a collection of all the lessons up until this very moment.

And as you continue to feel that,

And looking at them or it,

Knowing you are okay,

You then decide to take a step back off the rock.

You continue to look at them as you step backwards,

And you still feel okay.

You are safe.

And they are okay.

They are safe.

And as you step back a few more feet,

You take a breath in and you turn around.

And when you turn around,

You can see in the distance the vastness of this desert.

You can see mountains way off in the horizon.

The sky is blue.

And you feel the strength of the energy of your own and from the universe guiding you as you take a step forward.

One foot at a time,

You step with intention,

Knowing that whatever is in front of you is greater than anything you have ever experienced.

Knowing you have the power to create that.

You keep walking.

And you don't turn around.

You breathe deeply and you smile.

And you continue to know that you are infinitely held,

That you are safe and that you are loved.

You continue to walk,

To feel the confidence pulsing through your body.

Knowing that you are safe and that your future,

That your dreams are just one step closer.

Now bring your awareness back into your current body.

Feeling the safety,

The love,

The energy.

And knowing at any time you can come right back here.

So take a few more deep breaths.

And when you are ready for your life and the next step is.
