Hello beautiful,
I am so thankful that you're here meditating with me right now.
There's been a bit of a mantra I've been saying to myself that's been helping tremendously during intense moments of stress or anxiety or overwhelm.
And it's the sentence,
It's all one big game.
Now,
You could argue with me on that,
Especially if you're experiencing a really,
Really dark moment right now.
And that's okay.
But use this tool as it works for you.
For me,
It really helps me kind of take off the importance and take off all the heavy meaning of all of these little things that I'm stressing about,
Or all of the big things I'm worrying about.
And it helps me just focus on this moment and dig my roots a little deeper into gratitude.
So go ahead and close your eyes and take a deep breath in to bring yourself into this moment.
Let yourself relax your face,
Lower your shoulders,
And feel your belly soften.
When the tasks start to pile,
Start to pile,
When the stresses fill my head,
When the unforeseen disrupts my vibe,
And anxiety quickly spreads,
I close my eyes and come inside,
Pull back from thoughts and pain.
And I do my best to remember that life is one big game of the divine,
Here to shine.
The things that weigh upon you,
The heaviness you hold,
Are tough,
I know,
But know that their weight is just fake gold.
So process all your feelings,
And remember,
As you do,
That deep,
Deep peace you're craving is already inside of you.
And on heart,
You are a part of the divine,
Here to shine.
Our egos want us believing that everything means so much.
Our world will fall apart if we fall out of line just a touch.
So in comes fear who settles in,
Takes over the steering wheel,
And soon the stresses build up,
Cause fear tells us that they're real.
But if you just step off the track that fear has kept you on,
And take some breaths to return to divine where you belong,
And on heart,
Feel the spark,
Dissolve the pain,
It's one big game.
So now that you remember,
The weight has faded away,
Clear skies are all around you,
And it's your turn to play.
So what,
Sweet soul,
Do you want?
What makes your heart smile?
Come inside and fill right up as gratitude starts to pile.
And on heart,
Feel your spark,
Dissolve the pain,
Cause it's one big game.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
