Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Inhaling deeply through your nose, And exhaling slowly through your mouth. Each exhale allow any thoughts or emotions to drift away. There is a peace that comes through acceptance. It helps us to be present at the moment and to focus on what is, rather than what could be. What can you accept today that you’ve been fighting?

Close your eyes and come into your breath,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

With every breath out,

Let any thoughts or emotions drift away.

There is a peace that comes through acceptance.

It helps us to be present in the moment and to focus on what is rather than what could be.

So take a few moments now to contemplate what it means to accept life's imperfections,

Its unexpected twists and turns,

And unforeseen challenges.

In this moment,

Embrace what is without judgment or attachment and silently remind yourself that there is beauty in this journey.

By taking gentle and loving responsibility for your own actions,

Feelings,

And reactions,

You become more accepting of life's uncertainty and can let go of expectations.

Feel the peace inside as you release tension,

Worry,

And doubt and fully embrace life as it unfolds around you.
