
Self Acceptance And Self Appreciation

In this practice, you relax by connecting to the earth the sky, and the four elements. You ground yourself in the presence of your body. You then scan through each body part and feel gratitude for it. Then you immerse into different resourceful feelings inside your heart and feel them deeply with your whole heart and your whole being. These are feelings like love, gratitude, compassion, confidence. By feeling them with every cell of your body you emphasize these feelings in your life and create more space for self-appreciation and love background music by Mettaverse.

Welcome to the meditation of acceptance and inner stability.
My name is Katya and tonight I will guide you through this practice of discovering what is within,
Accepting and expanding.
And for this practice I invite you to place your feet flat on the floor while sitting on the chair with your back straight and whenever you are ready I invite you to slowly close your eyes and bring your attention to the bottom of your feet where they are touching the ground.
At this moment of time you are solely connected to the soles of your feet and you can feel every little sensation,
Every little vibration at the bottoms of your feet,
Feeling into them,
Noticing,
Staying with these sensations and the longer you stay with them the more sensations become obvious.
You may even notice that there is a burning sensation at the bottom of your feet and I invite you to visualize that a purple fire is being born there where your feet are touching the ground.
And this fire is going up your feet,
Up your legs,
To your knees,
Covering your legs,
Clearing all the energy field around your legs,
Going up to your pelvic floor.
I invite you to visualize this fire and to notice what are the sensations inside your body whenever you imagine it wrapping around the lower part of your body.
And now this purple fire is going up from your pelvic floor to your lower stomach,
Covering your stomach fully,
Going up your torso to your chest,
Clearing the contractions,
The blockages,
Going up to your neck and from there your chin,
Your lips,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your forehead,
Your head fully.
And now imagine yourself sitting inside this purple fire as if the fire is embracing you from within and around you.
The fire is neither hot nor cold.
The fire burns away everything that is not necessary,
Everything that has finished existence in your energy field,
All the energies that need to be transmuted and removed.
And you feel the ease and lightness that appear in your body while the fire is burning and you may also feel the heat inside you.
I don't know what you're feeling right now but I invite you to connect with your feelings and sensations as if your whole attention were diving deep into the water and the water is your feelings.
And the more attention inside your feelings the better they unfold like blooming flowers.
They become obvious but not to your inner eyes,
To your inner feeling.
Your spine is straight and the purple fire that surrounds you is burning around you and the only thing you do is allowing.
Allow everything to unfold inside and outside of you.
Allow yourself to be an observer.
Allow yourself to notice.
And right now you make an intention for this meditation practice.
I will only interact with 100% light.
Whatever energies are in my field that are less than 100% light I ask you to leave my space once and for all.
And for this practice I intend to allow myself to unfold and I intend to accept the parts of myself I'm ready to accept and integrate.
And now that you have made this intention the purple fire is fading away and I invite you to see your body as an empty space with your eyes closed.
You can imagine,
Visualize that your body has disappeared.
There is no skin,
No muscles,
No bones.
Only the sensations.
Imagine you are not made of physical matter anymore but you are a wave,
A vibration and you consist of every little sensation that there is in your body.
And as you feel into every little sensation specifically and all of them as a whole you are noticing that you are.
I am.
Say this inside yourself and notice.
Continue noticing the sensations.
Allow yourself to live them.
Allow yourself to be a wave,
A vibration.
And now I will call the four elements and you will visualize them inside you in your heart center.
And you will connect to the four elements so that you can balance out your energy field and at the same time occupy your mind so that your mind can be present inside yourself.
I invite you to visualize,
To imagine fire inside your chest,
To hear the fire crackling and feel how your body responds to this image.
And now I invite you to visualize,
Imagine water,
A river running through your heart center.
Now you visualize and imagine a rock which represents the element of the earth.
Feel into this image what's inside you.
Allow yourself to feel it.
Now I invite you to feel the wind washing inside your heart center.
What does it feel like?
The fire,
The water,
The earth and the wind are inside you and around you.
I invite the power of the four elements to support me in this practice.
Help me accept myself and find my inner balance.
And now I invite you to bring your attention away from your heart center and to visualize,
Imagine that there is a bright sphere above your head and you inhale the brightness through the top of your head into your forehead,
Your throat and into your heart and you hold your breath inside your heart.
Your whole body is being filled with the light,
With the energy of the sky and as you exhale,
You exhale down into your stomach,
Your lower stomach,
Your pelvic floor,
Your feet and into the center of the earth.
Imagining there are red cords going down from your feet into the center of the earth,
Keeping the attention inside your body and at the same time grounding the energy of light into the planet,
Connecting with the earth deeply.
Now I invite you to visualize,
Imagine as if you're breathing in the energy of the earth through the bottom of your feet up to your knees,
Your pelvic floor,
Your lower stomach,
Your stomach and into your heart center and you accumulate,
You hold your breath,
You hold this energy of the earth you have just inhaled inside your heart center and when you exhale,
You exhale it up into your throat,
Your forehead,
Into the top of your head and up into the sky and you feel your body like a string that connects the sky and the earth.
You feel the energy flowing freely inside you and around you and you just want to be present,
To be with this emptiness,
This spaciousness you have just created.
Allow yourself to be with the emptiness,
With the silence.
I am,
I am.
Feel into the sensations of your body.
I am.
Feel into your feet vibrating,
Your palms vibrating,
The top of your head.
I am.
Feel into your heart center,
The space inside your heart.
Notice the sensations,
Allow them,
Allow yourself to bloom,
Allow yourself to unfold.
You are now in a perfectly safe space,
You are being held,
You can allow.
Now I will call on to different parts of you,
Inviting you to find gratitude for each one of them,
To appreciate and understand their best intentions.
Bring your attention into that part of you as I speak and allow yourself to appreciate that part of you.
I am grateful for my feet and that they carry me around the world,
For the movement I experience in my life that is a part of my path and a part of my transformation and growth.
I am grateful for my knees for they allow me to bend my legs,
To sit down and be closer to the earth.
I am grateful for my hips and all the strength that they hold,
How they carry my body and support my whole torso.
I am grateful for the flexibility in my hips,
How they open and stretch the psoas muscle and allow me to relax.
I am grateful for my stomach that holds so much energy,
My life force that helps me digest and gives me my gut instinct.
Feel the gratitude in your stomach,
Feel the gratitude in your whole body.
I am grateful for my heart that allows me to connect with myself and the world,
For all the feelings I experience within,
For all the love and pain that I live in this life as a human being.
I am grateful for the guidance of my heart.
I will allow myself to listen to it as I live on.
I am grateful for my throat that gives me the voice that allows me to voice who I am,
That allows me to be creative and expressive and also to connect with the world through my voice.
I am grateful for my arms for they help me hug and embrace and hold.
I am grateful for my hands through which I can give and receive,
With which I can create different material things and non-material things.
My beautiful hands,
My tools for creation.
I am grateful for my neck that allows me flexibility.
Feel the gratitude inside your neck,
Feel the gratitude inside your whole body.
Allow yourself to be embraced with a wave of gratitude.
I am grateful for my head which holds so many sensory organs,
My perception of taste,
Smell,
Sight,
Hearing the sounds.
I am grateful through my head I can interact with the outer world and I can create the outer world.
I am grateful for my brain which is designed to create reality and I am grateful for my awareness that I create reality.
I am grateful for allowing myself to receive divine energy.
I am grateful for all the sensations and vibrations inside my body thanks to which I feel alive,
Thanks to which I am alive.
Feel into these sensations,
Feel into your body,
Feel into the gratitude.
Allow the gratitude.
I am grateful for this beautiful body for it is a vessel in which the energy of the sky and the earth are mixed and I am grateful to be such a vessel and to experience this life in a human form.
One more time,
Feel into your body.
How beautiful,
How vibrant it is and if on the physical level some part is lacking on the energy body level you still have it.
Allow yourself to love it.
I love and embrace myself fully.
I love and embrace my physical body,
My emotional body,
My mental body,
My energy body.
I am.
And now I invite you to bring your attention into your heart center and feel into the different feelings that you experience as a human.
The light and the dark,
The day and the night,
The love and the fear that are all mixed inside you.
This human experience you live every day,
The expansion and the contraction and as I name the feelings I invite you to feel them in your heart for a moment and another moment.
I am grateful for my joy,
I am grateful for my confidence,
I am grateful for my grief,
I am grateful for my fear,
I am grateful for my certainty,
I am grateful for my abundance,
I am grateful for my creativity,
I am grateful for my love,
I am grateful for my doubts,
I am grateful for my lack of confidence,
I am grateful for every part of me that manifests itself at every moment and living each part of me fully helps me be whole and real and I don't have to choose to listen to all of them but I allow myself to experience all of them,
To live them,
To feel them,
To hear their voices.
I am grateful for my gratitude,
I am grateful for my love and I am grateful for my fear,
I am grateful for my beautiful big heart that not only pumps the blood in my body but also allows me to experience connection and to feel the life and I will allow myself to follow my heart and accept everything that comes at this exact moment.
For this moment is a present,
It is a gift that I allow myself to focus on.
Now feel the gratitude for your heart inside your heart.
Imagine your heart were a butterfly and now you can see the butterfly waving its wings inside you as if something is tickling you inside your heart center and you can allow yourself to smile and to feel into this gratitude you're experiencing in the moment.
Allow yourself to be as alive,
As vibrant as you can at this moment.

I am and I invite you to stay in this state for as long as you wish or as long as you can.
This is an open-ended meditation.
