Anger is an emotion many of us learned to suppress. We were taught that it is unacceptable, dangerous, or simply “bad” — and over time, we can lose the ability to hear what our anger is trying to tell us. This 16-minute practice invites you to feel your anger, listen to your body, and discover the information underneath it. You will be guided to: - feel and express anger consciously - notice where it lives in your body - listen for the boundary, need, or truth underneath it - understand what your anger is communicating - make a conscious decision about how you want to move forward Your body carries information the thinking mind can sometimes overlook. When we give emotions space to be felt rather than suppressing or acting them out, we can understand ourselves more honestly. Return whenever anger is building, a boundary has been crossed, or you simply need space to feel. You don’t have to get rid of your anger. You can listen to it. Background music - Mettaverse
