This short meditation practice will support you to get grounded when you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or all over the place. You can also use it to start your day as a morning practice. I use the visualization of a pillar of light going through the body and enhancing the energies of the sky and the earth. This method always works grounding and balancing for me and my meditators.
