Hello bunnies,

It's time for sleep.

If you haven't hopped into bed yet and cuddled up cozy,

Take a moment to get yourself as snuggly comfortable as you can.

Hold on to something that helps you feel extra cozy and ready for sleep,

Like a blanket or a favorite stuffy.

Notice how it feels to hold on to it and take a big breath in your little bunny nose and a soft bunny breath out.

Take another big breath in and a soft bunny breath out.

One more big breath in and a soft bunny breath out.

Okay bunnies,

I'm going to name an area of your body and you're going to see if you can feel like your breath is breathing toward it.

You can keep your little bunny bodies still.

Just use the power of your imagination to feel your breath toward these areas.

Let's start with bunny feet.

Breathe toward your feet and really feel them and watch them relax.

Breathe into your strong bunny legs.

Really feel your legs and watch them relax.

Breathe into your bunny belly.

Really feel your belly and watch it relax.

Breathe into your big bunny heart.

Really feel your heart and watch it relax.

Breathe into your little bunny hands.

Really feel your hands and watch them relax.

Breathe breathe into your sweet little bunny arms.

Really feel your arms and watch them relax.

Breathe into your smart little bunny head.

Really feel it and watch it relax.

And if you haven't,

Bunnies,

Close your eyes.

See if you can notice and relax your eyes as you watch your breath move into your body and out of your body.

Watch your breath move in and out,

In and out.

Sweetest of dreams to you.

Good night,

Bunnies.
