Mother God,
Father God,
I invite the Holy Spirit to bridge my consciousness in this moment and reconnect to the ever-present love that surrounds me and is me.
Rooting my feet on the floor,
Spirit flows up through my feet,
My legs,
Up my back,
And into my mind.
The divine white light of the Holy Spirit permeates my cells and activates right seeing.
From this place,
I know that there is no separation between me and my colleagues,
Myself and my patients,
Me and God.
There is only one life,
One reality,
One love.
And this love is available for me at all times and in all places.
I am always able to choose again.
I am always able to choose love no matter what happened yesterday,
Last week,
Or five minutes ago.
I can always come back,
Always reconnect,
And always choose again.
This truth is never separate from my being,
Only temporarily forgotten.
I connect to the ever-expanded light that is clear,
Light,
And bright.
I open myself to this presence that is never in absence and let it take over my life and my mind in this moment.
I trust this presence and stay in the nowness of this moment.
I know that this moment is perfect and unfolding exactly as it is meant to.
I know that the universe is continuously and constantly conspiring for my highest good.
My only job at all times is to align with Source and align with the ever-expanding good that is always available to me.
From this space comes acceptance,
Love,
Peace,
And calm.
I know that while it may seem like I have many different problems,
My only true problem at any point in time is falling asleep and disconnecting from the loving vibration of God.
I anchor my awareness in this truth and claim this frequency of divine love as my reality.
And so it is.
