Softening the body and gaze,
Bring your awareness to the breath.
Noticing every bit of the inhalation and the exhalation.
In this moment,
We are safe.
In this moment,
We have time.
Imagine in your mind's eye that you're walking up to the trailhead of a beautiful forest path.
As you take your first steps onto the trail,
You look around and see abundant green luscious life growing in all directions.
There is a sense of peace and serenity here.
As the sun peaks in through the treetops and falls upon the ground in kaleidoscope designs,
You find yourself surrounded with the lullabies and coos of forest life.
You are welcomed by the soothing songs of birds,
Charmed by the chirps of crickets.
Your arrival has been lovingly anticipated.
And as you continue on this magical forest experience,
You notice a glow in the distance.
You walk closer,
You feel magnetically drawn to this light with a sense of awe and wonder.
As you approach this light,
You begin to make out its shape and see that it appears to be a tree.
But not just any tree.
The largest tree in all of the forest,
Standing well above the tops of the others.
And before you know it,
You are gazing upon what you intuitively know to be the tree of life.
In all of its radiance and brilliance,
The brightest light you've ever seen is emanating from its core and extending to its hundreds of branches.
You are not alone in your awe.
You see light begin to form and take shape around you.
As the picture becomes clearer,
You look to your right and your left behind you.
You see hundreds of light beings.
These beings are made up of the same radiant light that illuminates the great tree before you.
There is familiarity here.
This is not the first time you've been brought together.
You know intuitively these are your ancestors,
Your spirit guides,
Your holy guardian angels,
Loved ones who have passed before you and loved ones who you have yet to meet.
These are the same light beings that have been with you since before this life,
Long before this incarnation.
Guiding,
Supporting,
Loving.
Their presence is mighty yet warm and gentle.
You feel overwhelmed with love and peace that surpasses all human understanding.
Extending their hands in love and solidarity,
They bow before you,
Seeing the same greatness and divinity in you that abides in them.
These loving beings are here to show you the way,
To show you your next most intelligent step.
They want you to know that you are held,
You are divinely guided and you are right on time.
They want you to know that you are not alone.
You haven't messed anything up.
You haven't missed an opportunity.
Every decision you've made has been in service of your highest good and you are exactly where you need to be.
You breathe deeply into this offering of love,
Receiving this nourishment in every cell of your body.
Knowing that this space is available for you to return to any time you need reminding of the love,
Acceptance and support that is here in every moment,
Even when you've forgotten.
Taking a deep breath into your heart chakra and exhaling out your third eye.
Inhaling into your third eye space and exhaling through your crown chakra,
Through the top of your head to infinite beauty.
