Music Dear ones,

In this meditation before you,

We will ground our physical and energetic bodies while cultivating loving awareness.

We know that by allowing ourselves to step into this nourishing space,

We are stepping out of the stress response,

Stepping out of our sympathetic nervous system,

Allowing cortisol to balance,

Thereby increasing our immune function while saying yes to increased energy,

Abundant peace,

And centered grace during this time.

Closing your outer eye,

Turn your attention inwards.

Take a brief inventory of what you're feeling inside your body.

Notice any sensations,

Energies.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest with each breath.

Be kind to yourself during this time.

You work so hard taking care of others.

It's time to take care of yourself.

It's time to slow down,

Nourish your energy,

And reconnect with the source of life.

Reconnect with the earth.

Reconnect with spirit.

Align your mind with love.

Align your peace with the universe.

Take a deep,

Full breath here,

Filling up your whole body with your breath,

Expanding your lungs,

Your chest.

Hold it at the top,

And with an audible sigh,

Let it out.

Do that two more times on your own.

With each inhalation,

You are inviting divine white light that floods your body with peace,

Love,

And compassion.

Each exhalation letting go of stagnant energy that no longer is serving you.

Your breath is a powerful spiritual tool,

Allowing us to connect deeply with ourselves and come back to our loving awareness.

Now begin to imagine with your mind's eye that roots are growing towards the earth.

Your palms,

Your feet,

The base of your spine,

Any area that is making contact with the surface below you.

You are sending these roots into the earth.

These roots are powerful and strong.

They penetrate the ground beneath you and grow deeper into the soil.

Maybe your roots twist and wind around each other as they grow deeper and deeper,

With each breath extending your roots further into the ground,

Inhaling,

Filling up with white light,

Exhaling,

Growing your roots.

Energetically connecting with Gaia,

Connecting with Mother Earth,

These roots continue to grow and expand until they have traveled all the way to the center of the earth.

See in your mind a bright,

Brilliant orb of light at the earth's center.

This light is pure.

Your roots grow into this orb and they begin to glow magnificently with this light.

Each inhalation is drawing this light up your roots,

Directly connected to the loving energy of our world.

The light travels all the way up your roots to your body.

You begin to glow with this brilliant light.

Inside and out,

You are glowing so brightly that you fill up the entire room with your brilliance.

White light surrounds you,

Hugging you,

Loving you.

You feel warm and comfortable.

Lay down any heaviness here,

Any burdens you're carrying with you,

Any tension,

Any anxious thoughts.

You are safe here.

You are at peace here.

Breathe in this light and allow every cell of your body to drink in this nourishing energy.

Every cell,

Every synapse,

Every organ radiating with this healing light.

Allow it to nourish your body,

Cleansing your energetic field,

Cleansing your mind.

Breathe here.

Feel centered and grounded in this space.

You are this energy.

You are love.

You are light.

You are divine.

Rest in this presence for a few breaths here.

Lean into this nourishing space and enjoy.

So so this connection is always here and it is always present for you.

It can never be lost,

Only temporarily forgotten.

Enter back into this space anytime you are feeling ungrounded,

Unbalanced,

Or energetically drained.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your physical senses.

Simply moving your body in any way that feels good for you.

Before you enter back into your day,

Place your hand over your heart and thank yourself for taking the time to do something good for you.

You deserve good and you deserve to feel good.
