Self-acceptance is very important for women as we age. We often need a reminder of the importance of self-acceptance and some framework to start with and build on. In this meditation, I use a recitation of 5 phrases that, when practiced regularly, will help you to cultivate a sense of contentment, acceptance, and well-being. Feeling comfortable in yourself, and embracing who you are enhances self-confidence, a positive outlook on life, and happiness. Everyone wants to be happy.
