This EFT/Tapping exercise will hold space for you to acknowledge and release your doubts or fears so that you can call in what you desire to manifest with ease and confidence. This track addresses common fears that block us from manifesting our dreams, including the fear of not being enough, anxiety about the timeline of receiving our gifts, and anxiety about setting big goals. It ends with a full round of positive affirmations to help you strengthen your self-trust and cultivate a calmer state of mind.

Welcome to your guided tapping exercise to manifest your dreams.

This practice will hold space for you to acknowledge and release your doubts or fear so that you can call in what you desire to manifest with ease and confidence.

We'll start by getting in a comfortable seated position.

Let's start with three slow deep breaths.

Breathing in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Breathe in fully and release the breath completely.

Breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly.

Let your breathing return to its natural rhythm and bring to mind what you are manifesting.

Try to pick one area of your life to focus on.

This could be abundance in the form of money,

In your career,

This could be a personal healing goal that you have,

Or it could be attracting a romantic partner.

Notice if there is any resistance to this goal or desire you have.

If you can,

Rate the feeling,

Whether that's fear of it not happening or self-doubt in your capabilities on the scale from 1 to 10,

With 1 being calm and confident and 10 feeling overwhelmed with self-doubt.

For this exercise,

We are going to focus on the fear of it not happening and feelings of not enoughness.

So let's start tapping,

Starting at the setup statement,

The area underneath the pinky,

Repeat after me.

Even though I'm worried my manifestations won't come true,

I choose to trust in divine timing and in my process.

Even though I feel anxious about my goals,

I choose to trust that I am capable of making my dreams a reality.

Even though I'm afraid to dream big,

I choose to trust that what is meant to be is meant for me.

Starting at the top of the head,

I'm afraid this won't happen for me.

Eyebrow point,

I doubt myself and my capabilities.

Side of the eye,

What if it doesn't come true?

Under the eye,

I feel anxious about my goals.

Under the nose,

I'm afraid it won't work out for me.

Chin point,

I'm afraid to go after my dreams.

Collarbone,

I'm worried I'm not enough for what I'm calling in.

Under the arm,

I doubt myself and my abilities.

Wrist point,

I'm worried my manifestation won't come true.

Side of the hand,

I feel anxious about my big goals.

Top of head,

I don't believe in myself fully.

Eyebrow,

I doubt it will happen for me.

Side of the eye,

I feel anxious about my goals.

Under the eye,

I'm worried it won't come true.

Under the nose,

It's hard to let go.

Chin point,

I don't know if I can do it.

Collarbone,

I'm worried I'm not enough for it.

Under the arm,

I feel anxious about my goals.

Wrist point,

I doubt myself and my capabilities.

Side of the hand,

I'm worried it won't happen for me.

Take a slow,

Deep breath and let it out.

Check in with your level of emotional intensity.

Where is the fear landing on the scale from one to 10?

Tapping can often heighten and intensify our emotions before we feel calmer.

So let's do some more tapping.

Starting at the side of the hand underneath the pinky,

Repeat after me.

Even though I still feel anxious about my goals,

It's okay that I feel this way.

I trust myself in moving through it.

Even though I'm worried it won't work out for me,

I choose to trust that everything is always working out for me.

Even though I doubt myself and my capabilities,

I choose to trust in what I know now and that is enough.

Top of head,

I'm worried it won't happen for me.

Eyebrow point,

I'm anxious thinking about my big goals.

Side of the eye,

I doubt myself.

Under the eye,

I don't know if it will happen.

Chin point,

Under the nose,

I feel anxious thinking about my dreams.

Chin point,

I don't feel enough for my goals.

Collarbone,

I'm afraid my dreams are too big.

Under the arm,

I doubt I can achieve my goals.

Wrist point,

I feel anxious about my desires.

Side of the hand,

I'm worried it won't happen for me.

Take a slow,

Deep breath and let it out.

Now we'll add in some positive affirmations while still recognizing fear or doubt that's present.

Head,

Starting at the top of the head,

I still feel a bit anxious.

Eyebrow point,

It's okay that I feel this way.

Side of the eye,

I still doubt myself a bit.

Under the eye,

I choose to trust that if I think it,

It must be possible.

Under the nose,

I'm worried it won't happen when I want it to.

Chin point,

I choose to trust in divine timing in receiving what I desire.

Collarbone,

I feel anxious in this process.

Under the arm,

I choose to lean into trusting myself more and more every day.

Wrist point,

I'm worried it won't happen for me.

Side of the hand,

I choose to trust that what is meant for me is meant to be.

Take a slow,

Deep breath.

Let it all go.

Now we'll do some tapping in,

Just focusing on positive affirmations.

Starting at the top of the head,

I choose to be grateful for the abundance in my life right now.

Eyebrow point,

I choose to trust myself and my process.

Side of the eye,

If I imagine it,

It is possible.

Under the eye,

What I desire is already mine.

Under the nose,

I am so grateful that I now have what I desire.

Chin point,

Thank you universe for aligning me with divine connections.

Collarbone,

Thank you spirit for giving me the abundance I am now receiving.

Under the arm,

Thank you god for helping me to expand my vision.

Wrist point,

I choose to trust that I am enough for what I desire.

Side of the hand,

I am so grateful that I now have what I ask for.

Take a slow,

Deep breath.

Let it out.

I hope that this practice helps you to release any blockages that are holding you back from manifesting your dreams.

I recommend returning to this practice any time you feel anxious or feel doubtful about your ability to achieve your goals,

So that you can calm your nervous system and manifest what you desire with ease and confidence.
