This tapping exercise will guide you to release the effects of being an emotional sponge, allowing you to cleanse and restore your energy. The practice concludes with affirmations to tap on one or more points, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and empowered.

Welcome.

This is a short tapping exercise to help you recognize and release heaviness or negative energy so that you feel calm and grounded and like yourself again.

We'll start at the side of the hand underneath the pinky.

Even though I feel dense,

Heavy energy around me,

I choose to trust in my healing.

Even though I feel energetically drained,

I trust this feeling will shift when it's ready.

Even though I'm worried I absorbed energy from others,

I am choosing to release this energy now.

Top of head.

I feel sensitive to other people's energy.

Eyebrow point.

I feel drained.

Side of the eye.

I feel my energy going dark.

Under the eye.

It's difficult for me to protect my energy.

Under the nose.

I feel negativity around me.

Chin point.

I feel a heaviness on my chest.

Collarbone.

I feel a darkness coming over me.

Under the arm.

I feel energetically drained.

Wrist point.

I feel sensitive to energies around me.

Side of the hand.

I feel so much heaviness.

Top of head.

I feel drained.

Eyebrow point.

I don't feel like myself.

Side of the eye.

I feel my energy going dark.

Under the eye.

It's difficult for me to protect my energy.

Under the nose.

I feel negativity around me.

I feel a heaviness on my chest.

I choose to take time to rest.

I am calling back my energy now.

I choose to let go of this intense energy now.

Collarbone.

I feel a darkness coming over me.

Under the arm.

I am calling in more clarity.

Calm grounding energy for my highest good.

Wrist point.

I feel sensitive to energies around me.

Side of the hand.

I choose to not take this on as my own.

Take a slow deep breath.

And let it go.
