Welcome,

This is a tapping exercise to help you release feeling stuck so that you can move forward confidently and with more ease.

Get into a comfortable seated position,

Making sure you can access all of the tapping points easily.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and let it go through your mouth.

We'll start tapping on the side of the hand underneath the pinky.

Take a slow breath in and let it out,

And repeat after me while tapping.

Even though I'm feeling stuck in this thought pattern,

I trust that I will see through this.

Even though I feel worried that I can't change,

I allow myself to take one small step forward.

Even though a part of me feels hopeless,

I choose to trust that I will find my light again.

We'll start going through the points,

Starting with top of the head.

I am feeling stuck.

Eyebrow point.

I feel tension in my chest.

Side of the eye.

I feel tightness in my throat.

Under the eye.

My mind is racing.

Under the nose.

I don't know how to move forward.

Chin point.

I'm stuck in this feeling.

Collarbone.

I feel tightness around my heart space.

Under the arm.

I feel constriction in my breathing.

Wrist point.

Side of the hand.

I'm feeling stuck in this pattern.

Top of head.

I don't know how to move past this.

Eyebrow point.

And let it out.

We'll begin again through the tapping points.

This time adding in some affirmations.

Starting with the top of the head.

I still feel stuck with where I am right now.

Side of the hand.

I am calling in confidence and courage to move forward.

And take a breath in.

And let it go.

We'll do one more round of tapping,

Starting with the top of the head.

I allow myself to take one small step forward.

Eyebrow point.

I trust in divine timing for my healing.

Side of the eye.

I am breaking free from this pattern.

Under the eye.

I am creating space and ease in my body now.

Under the nose.

I am ready to get unstuck.

I am worthy of receiving what I desire.

Collarbone.

I choose to feel this desire in my heart.

Under the arm.

I am calling my power and my light back to me.

Wrist point.

I am breaking free from what's keeping me stuck.

Side of the hand.

I am calling in confidence and courage to move forward.

Take one more slow,

Deep breath in.

And let it go.

Notice how you're feeling in your body.

Notice your thoughts.

If you're still feeling quite stuck and attached to those unhelpful feelings,

I recommend going back through this practice one more time until you notice a shift,

Feeling more spaciousness in your body and feeling more hopeful about what's next for you and trusting yourself in your dreams and in your goals.

Thank you so much for being here.

Rest,

Be gentle with yourself,

And take care.

Excellent! Thank you. I’m ruminating on feeling like I got scammed by an AC company I have used for many years. Can’t seem to shake this angry, anxious feeling. This helped. Many thanks! 😊

I am not sure if you do say so, but after going through all tapping points I hear 'rest point' and I don't know where that would be. Thank you.
