I'll guide you gently back to the true nature of your being, an embodiment of peace and well-being.

And gently close your eyes and let my words become words in the voice of your mind, Your words. I know that peace is natural and a normal state of being. Peace is all-pervading, An omni-flowing divine substance of life. Peace is eternal and infinitely moving through every aspect of life with ease and grace. I can see this peace in the dark night sky that is filled with a brush of brilliant stars. I can feel this peace when I see the light and laughter in the eyes of those I love. I am reminded of the warmth and light of peace when I am near a crackling fire. I'm reminded of peace when I hear the joyful sounds of bells and voices and even the sounds of silence. This is peace, Constant, Steady, And abiding. I know this to be true of life, That peace is all-pervading. And as I know that of life, I know that of myself. Within me flows this divine substance of peace. It is ever flowing within me. I am knitted, Sutured, And woven into this expression of peace right now, Right here. This peace within me does not come and go. It has been created within me and only needs my attention for it to be revealed. I accept that peace is a natural and normal state of my being. I can relax and know that I am safe. I am loved. I am cared for. I am appreciated. I am welcomed and I belong. I am never separate from my peace because this is within every cell of my body and every fiber of my being. Peace permeates my mind and body and through it I experience wonderful clarity, Wisdom, And delight in my everyday routine. I easily release old habits and ideas of stress and I tap into this unending well of deep peace and calm abiding. As I embody peace, The peace of the world around me finds a resonance with me and day by day, Moment by moment, I am peace. The creative power of life is set into motion as I know this is truth. I am peace and I am grateful for the love and power of life always creating this deep peace within. So I relax in this moment and release these thoughts and words into the creative medium of life knowing that it is wonderfully accepted and expressing now and so it is. Svaha.
