So the first thing I like to share is that I don't have the answers for you.
I can share what I have found to be helpful because it might help you as well.
But I don't claim.
To know what's really going on here because anybody who claims to know what's really going on here is saying something.
Unreasonable.
Because how could anybody really know?
We don't,
It's just.
What we gather,
What we feel what we feel that we know what feels true.
And a lot of people can experience the same knowing or the same feeling and that gives us confidence in those things,
But It really just comes down to what you decide feels true for you.
It's not up to anyone else to tell you what to believe.
Or what to feel They're all stories.
This is a blank slate.
Our experience on earth,
Our place on earth,
Our you know,
Finding ourselves in these bodies.
It's really.
.
.
A blank slate for you.
To decide.
What is this experience for you?
So when it comes to finding meaning,
I think the first thing to understand is that There is no one meaning.
To me,
What I have come to regard as meaning and what helps me navigate this great mystery is the belief in oneness.
I personally believe that Everything is connected.
I believe that there is a source of all life and beingness.
There is oneness and consciousness and that we are just consciousness experiencing itself.
That I am in this body as an expression of oneness.
That you are in your body as an expression of oneness.
And that is my underlying meaning to life.
And seeing life through that lens feels good to me.
It allows me to feel more peaceful,
It allows me to live a simpler life,
It allows me to remove the pressures and expectations and stories.
Because I believe it's all Everything is the same.
We are all one.
Everything is one.
There is no separation.
There is no separation.
So when I see life through that lens,
It brings me so much peace and relief.
So to me,
The meaning of life is that there is no meaning.
I am free.
To decide.
What I believe the meaning to be.
And you get to decide what you believe the meaning to be.
I think that's where a lot of us struggle is we're looking for The answer.
We're looking for somebody else to say,
Oh,
I can tell you what's going on here.
It's this,
This,
This,
This,
This.
There you go.
Be on your way.
Ugh.
But that's just never going to happen.
And if you're a seeker,
Like myself.
You may be looking for something outside of you.
But there isn't anything outside of you.
And that's why oneness feels so right to me.
There not being any separation.
Because it allows me to feel whole.
Like nothing is actually missing because that's what we all feel we all feel like there's something missing and why aren't i happy yet and why don't i have enough yet and why haven't i gotten there yet and All of that is just a story,
It isn't real.
Where you are right now,
Who you are right now,
Is.
Is exactly Perfect and whole There's nothing to fix or change.
It's like.
.
.
Holding two truths.
At the same time.
The first truth is that.
.
.
It's all oneness.
The second truth is that we do find ourselves as an expression of oneness in a body.
That feels things and thinks things.
And that must carry on and do a job and make money and interact with other people.
But it's seeing those two things simultaneously.
And that's what has really helped me to navigate being a person.
Because being a person is quite tricky.
There's a lot of intense.
Feelings and the mind.
Is so busy and it can feel really overwhelming.
So the trick is.
.
.
Just to let the mind do its thing.
Well,
You almost see it as like a.
.
.
Like a toddler who's just excited and talking about everything.
So it's being able to just witness the mind for what it is and not really engaging in it.
And after a while,
You start to recognize that you don't actually need your thoughts.
You can watch your mind and what it does and you can see it as just another experience of being in a human body.
But the mind doesn't need to control you or overwhelm you.
It only does that when you engage with it.
If you stop engaging with it,
It stops having power over you.
And you notice that you feel a lot better.
So when it comes to finding meaning,
It's just so much easier than I think.
We've made it out to be.
For me.
My meaning these days is.
Just living a peaceful,
Simple life.
Doing things I enjoy simply because I enjoy them.
A quieter life.
I say no to a lot of things.
I don't do anything that stresses me out.
Overwhelms me or I just don't do anything I don't want to do anymore.
And I enjoy the simplicity.
Of a nice walk in nature or a cup of tea.
Or reading a book.
Or playing a song.
Or having a cookie.
You know,
It's the sound of birds and watching a sunset,
Those things have become what I get up in the morning for,
What I look forward to,
What I what I feel gives life meaning.
That's what it is for me and it can be whatever you want it to be.
I used to see those bumper stickers that said things like,
Um life is tennis or or like i'd rather be dancing or something about golf i don't know but i relate to those so much more now because it really is just about finding something you enjoy and just doing that thing It's very simple.
It's not something big and complex.
It's very small and simple.
Find something you enjoy.
And just do that thing.
Create whatever meaning you want.
Make it your own.
Doesn't need to make sense to anybody else.
Just let yourself live freely.
Let yourself truly enjoy this experience,
Whatever this is,
This mystery,
This waking dream,
This incarnation.
Who knows?
I don't claim to know.
And if none of this feels good to you,
Then never listen to it again and find something that does.
Alright my friend,
I hope you found this helpful.
Be well,
Take care.
Namaste.
