Welcome to this meditation where you'll connect with your soul contract,
The mission your soul chose before coming here.
You'll reconnect with the essence of why you came and what you're here to embody.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position.
Let your body fully rest,
Letting the earth hold you now,
And closing your eyes if you haven't already.
Let's start with the breath,
Slow and soft,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Inhaling through the nose and exhale any tension,
Any thoughts,
Or any weight that you're holding on to from your day.
Take one more round of breath on your own as you come home to your body and center your awareness in this present moment.
Feeling your body begin to soften,
Your shoulders drop,
Your face relaxes,
Your belly becomes loose and quiet.
Gently bring your awareness to the base of your spine and the soles of your feet.
Imagining golden roots growing down from the spine,
Through the legs,
Out the bottom of the feet,
And anchoring you deep into the earth.
They pass through soil,
Stone,
Water,
All the way to the crystalline heart.
Let your roots wrap around that crystal core and start to draw up nourishment,
Safety,
And remembrance,
Receiving the wisdom that earth has to share with you.
And as that grounding energy rises through your body,
Let it meet your heart.
It reminds you you are safe,
You are loved,
You are deeply held and supported in this moment.
Now I'd like you to tune into your mind's eye,
Your third eye,
Your imagination center.
Bringing your awareness to the space behind your closed eyes and imagining a soft light beginning to glow.
This light gently forms and opens into a door,
A portal to your soul's memory.
Without force,
Simply allow yourself to be drawn forward.
Through this doorway,
You begin walking down a long,
Lit hallway.
At the end of this hallway is a warm,
Safe room.
A space that exists between lifetimes.
This is your soul's remembering room.
As you enter,
Notice how the air feels different in here,
How time slows down,
The energy is different.
The air is soft and sacred.
There is a chair here just for you,
Waiting.
Go ahead and sit.
And as you settle in,
Invite in your highest and most supportive spirit guide now.
The one who's walked beside you through lifetimes,
Who helped craft your soul's blueprint before you even arrived on earth.
See or feel them now,
However they present themselves to you.
Silently say in your heart,
I invite my highest guide to join me.
Only those of love and light may enter this space.
I ask to be shown what I am ready and willing to remember.
And allow them to come.
You may feel a shift in the air.
See a shape or light.
Hear a name or simply feel a presence standing beside you.
Take your time.
There is no rush.
You're safe.
Now that your guide is here,
Gently ask them,
May I remember a piece of my soul's contract in this lifetime?
May I know something about what I came here to embody?
Ask them,
Where am I now in that journey?
What do I need to understand about my path at this stage in my life?
Then ask,
What energy or quality am I here to practice or become more fully?
What would support me right now as I move forward?
Let them speak or send you images or simply sit with you sharing a feeling of love and knowing.
Sometimes the answer is in your heart.
Answers come softly in pieces and that's okay.
Just receive.
Now place a hand over your heart and ask your guide one final question.
What is one message you want me to remember after this meditation ends?
Let the message land.
Let it imprint in your chest.
Let it become a part of you.
Take a moment now to thank your guide.
Let them know you are so grateful and know that you can always return to this room,
This place,
This remembering.
Take in this room and one last breath.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly rise from the chair,
Exiting this room,
Making sure to close the door behind you and walk back down the hallway of light.
Back toward the portal.
Back through the door.
Back into your body.
Feel your roots anchoring once again.
Feeling how the earth holds you.
Coming back to your breath as an anchor back into this earth and this body.
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
Taking one final big breath in through the nose.
And with your exhale,
You are fully back and present in this moment.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and welcome home.
