Transcript

Begin this meditation standing in your Superman stance.

Feet grounded on the floor,

Hips squared,

Chest open,

Hands on hips,

Spine tall,

Chin lifted gently,

Eyes soft or closed.

Right here,

Right now,

You're invited to step into a new relationship with being seen.

Rooting your feet into the ground,

Feel the strength of your legs.

Feel the rise in your chest and your heart open.

This is your power pose.

Let's breathe into it,

Inhaling through the nose,

Letting the chest rise and expand,

And exhale through the mouth,

Letting your body soften.

Inhaling strength and confidence,

Exhaling doubt,

Worry,

Or fear.

You're not pretending to be confident,

You're letting your nervous system remember what confidence feels like.

You can say out loud or in your mind,

I am here,

I am steady,

I am safe to be seen.

I have so much to share.

And as you breathe,

Feel your spine lengthen just a little more,

Your chest open just a little wider.

And now visualize someone takes a photo of you in this exact pose.

What do they see?

What do you want to radiate?

Hold that image in your heart because it's already you.

Now it's time to embody it.

So take a few deep breaths,

Even if it feels silly,

And embody the confident version of you who is safe in being seen.

Staying in this superhuman pose,

Drop your arms and place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Begin to tune in and ask yourself,

Where does the fear of being seen and sharing my voice live in my body?

Is it your throat,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your jaw?

Place your hand there now and invite some movement into the body if it feels right,

Swaying and stretching,

Or maybe staying in stillness.

Let your inhale soften that space and let your exhale release a layer of judgment.

Let your inhale remind you that you are safe.

And let the exhale remind you you don't have to hide anymore.

Because you don't have to push through this fear.

In fact,

All you have to do is stay present.

So picture yourself in a moment where you're fully visible,

In a meeting,

In your art,

On a podcast,

On a stage,

In your words with another person.

What does your posture feel like?

What about your energy?

Visualize it,

Anchor it in your cells,

Embody it.

I am ready to be seen.

I am safe in my truth.

Visualize it,

Anchor it in your cells.

Place your hands on your hips and enjoy these last few minutes in this superhuman pose as you remind yourself that you are at home in your body and in your voice at all times.

Feel the pulse of your power,

The calm in your center,

And the safety of your body holding your truth.

Let today be a quiet revolution.

The day you stopped waiting for permission.

The day your voice became sacred again.

The day you allow yourself to be seen,

Not because you weren't afraid,

But because you were finally ready to bring all of you forward.
