A grounding meditation to help loosen the grip of perfectionism in your mind and body. Come back to the safety of being human, where your worth is not defined by performance but by presence in this poetic meditation. There is nothing to do, no where to be, and nothing to get right. Listen to the sound of my voice, lean in, and release.

Come sit with me and lean on the sound of my voice.

Let your body rest.

Let the air be soft again.

Let your shoulders forget what they've been carrying.

This space.

This breath.

It asks nothing of you.

And yet it holds you just as you are.

There is nothing you need to fix here.

Nothing you need to figure out.

You are not a problem to solve.

You are not a role to perform.

You do not need to be perfect.

I know there's a part of you.

A tender,

Trembling part.

That believed being perfect was the safest way to be loved.

That if you got it right enough,

Good enough,

You might actually feel like enough.

But love does not live in perfection.

Love lives in the places where your breath catches.

Where your voice shakes.

Where you drop the mask and whisper,

I'm tired of trying so hard.

Let yourself be tired.

Let the part of you that has worked tirelessly for love.

To earn it.

To chase it.

To prove it.

Come home and rest now.

Let it be held.

Place your hands on your heart or hold yourself in a warm embrace.

You do not need to be perfect to be worthy.

You do not need to be polished to be whole.

You do not need to be right to be good.

Because you came here not to impress the world,

But to remember yourself.

To remember the softness in your own heart.

To remember the wisdom in your own body.

The voice inside that says you are safe to stop performing now.

Can you hear it?

Hear that whisper rising gently in your chest.

You are already loved.

You are already enough.

Placing both hands on your heart now.

Feel the quiet rhythm beneath your palm.

This is your aliveness.

This is your truth.

This is what remains when all the proving has fallen away.

You are still here.

And you are still worthy.

Let that be your medicine today.

Let that be your return.

You do not need to be perfect.

You just need to be you.

That is more than enough.
