My name is Kat and I'm a family constellation therapy facilitator and intuitive guide.
This meditation gently supports you in releasing unhealthy energetic cords between you and someone in your life,
Whether from the past or the present.
This can be with a family member,
A friend,
Co-worker,
Or someone you're in connection with where the energy of that relationship does not feel in alignment or if there's been any pain in the relationship.
With the loving presence of Archangel Michael,
We'll cut these cords not out of anger or rejection but from a place of sovereignty,
Clarity,
And peace.
This is a healing practice for those who feel entangled,
Emotionally drained,
Or still energetically tied to someone after conflict,
Codependency,
A painful interaction,
Or even heartbreak.
You'll be guided to let go with compassion,
Keeping only the channels of mutual respect,
Love,
And freedom.
Find a quiet,
Comfortable space where you can be undisturbed.
Allow your body to settle into the support beneath you and close your eyes.
Take a deep,
Nourishing breath in through the nose and a slow breath out,
Letting the day fall away,
And begin to soften,
Softening your shoulders,
Your jaw,
And softening your heart.
Taking a deep inhale in through the nose,
Filling up through the belly and the chest,
Just hold at the top for a moment and let out a cleansing exhale breath,
Making some noise and letting it all go.
Now in your mind's eye,
Imagine yourself stepping into a beautiful room.
This room is sacred,
A space created by your soul.
Notice what it looks like,
The walls,
The light,
The energy within it that surrounds you.
Now,
In this sacred space,
You invite someone with whom you are ready to release energetic cords.
There is no need to rush.
Allow them to arrive gently.
You may know exactly who this is,
Or maybe their image just begins to form in front of you.
As they appear,
You remain grounded in your own center,
Surrounded by your guides and your angels.
You are safe.
Allow yourself to look into their eyes and really see them.
You may feel emotions rise within you,
And that's okay.
Just breathe.
This is not about blame.
This is about freedom.
So let the silence hold what words cannot.
Now we'll call upon the radiant presence of Archangel Michael.
Feel his powerful blue light begin to pour into the room,
Wrapping you in a shield of divine love and standing in between you and this person you're about to cut cords with.
Say silently or out loud,
Archangel Michael,
I call upon you now.
Please help me release any energetic cords or attachments that no longer serve our highest good.
Please cut these cords and remove them at the root across all time,
Space,
Dimensions,
And realities.
Feel Archangel Michael step forward.
He raises his sword of truth and love glowing with celestial light.
On the count of three,
He will lower his sword.
One,
Two,
Three.
He clears all energetic cords at the root between you and the person before you.
A beautiful white light of source comes down into the room,
Into the space you're in,
And the cords dissolve into that light,
Into love.
And as Archangel Michael and your spirit teams,
Angels,
And guides support this healing,
Look into the person's eyes one last time in front of you and say,
I now forgive you for any pain you may have caused me.
May you be healthy.
May you be happy.
May you be free.
And then say to yourself,
I now forgive myself for any pain I may have caused.
May I be healthy.
May I be happy.
May I be free.
Archangel Michael now seals your energetic field with divine healing light.
Your energy is restored.
Your space is clear.
Your spirit is free.
Take a deep breath and feel the shift.
Something has changed.
You have reclaimed your power.
Thank this person for joining you in this room today and softly and gently ask them to leave and notice what it feels like to be in your own energy again,

Begin to bring your awareness back into your physical body with your breath.
