Welcome to the Clear Money Blocks Meditation.
You'll be guided to meet the energetic root of your money fear or block with awareness.
Whether it's ancestral scarcity,
Unworthiness,
Or fear of success,
We'll gently release it from your system.
Let this be a moment to come home to yourself,
To your energy,
Your truth,
Your worth.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Allow your eyes to softly close and let your breath deepen.
Inhaling through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Another breath in and a slow breath out.
Continuing the breath and on your exhale,
Allowing your shoulders to drop,
Your jaw to unclench,
Your body to feel held.
With each breath,
You arrive more fully in this moment.
Now,
Bring into your awareness the word money.
Not the numbers or the pressure,
But the energy underneath it all.
Because money is not just a transaction.
Money is energy.
Money is visibility.
It's permission.
It's a mirror,
A teacher,
And a frequency.
And for many of us,
That energy has felt distorted,
Held back by fear,
Tangled in old beliefs,
Blocked by patterns that may not even belong to us.
So right now,
Just notice what you feel in your body.
When you think about money,
What sensations arise?
What memory or story is your body replaying?
Breathe into it.
No judgment,
Just awareness.
You're going to meet the energetic root of your money block.
Whatever is at the core of your fear.
Scarcity,
Unworthiness,
Fear of success,
Fear of being seen.
It may take on the form of a younger version of you,
An ancestor,
An emotion,
Or simply a sensation.
Let it appear in whatever way feels true.
And when it does,
Ask gently,
What are you here to teach me?
Where did you come from?
What are you protecting me from?
You may receive a memory.
You may feel the echo of a time when it was not safe to be seen.
When being visible,
Having more,
Or asking for a little more.
Or enough led to punishment or pain.
Or you may feel the pressure of carrying family beliefs.
That money always runs out.
That struggle equals self-worth.
That needing less means you're better.
Or you may feel the pressure of carrying family beliefs.
That money always runs out.
That struggle equals self-worth.
That needing less means you're better.
Take a slow breath.
Whatever block this is,
It was once a protector.
But now,
You are ready to release a part of it with your incredible awareness.
And with this awareness,
You begin to understand it can be safe to be seen.
It can be safe to receive.
It can be safe to let money flow to you,
Through you,
And around you.
So let's go a little bit deeper.
Gently ask yourself,
Does the way I make money feel good in my body?
Is it aligned with my soul?
Does it allow me to live in my values?
Or do I feel like I'm not alone?
I must abandon myself to earn.
The energy behind how you receive matters.
When we make money from a place of truth,
Service,
And soul alignment,
We stay in flow.
When we make money by shrinking,
Hiding,
Or betraying our innermost needs,
We can feel disconnected,
Even when the numbers grow.
So let your breath move through your body now.
And through your inhales and exhales,
Soften the places where you've forced yourself to perform.
Soothing the parts of you that believed survival meant self-abandonment.
And clearing the energy of earning through fear and scarcity.
You are allowed to make money doing what honors you.
You are allowed to thrive in integrity.
You are allowed to receive abundantly and remain fully yourself.
Let your breath fill your entire being.
Breathing down your spine,
Across your heart,
And down into your hands.
Let your breath recalibrate your money frequency.
Let it rewire the truth of your life.
I am safe to be seen.
I am safe to receive.
I am safe to earn in a way that feeds my soul.
Take a deep breath into this new truth.
Exhaling anything that no longer belongs.
And place a hand over your heart or belly.
Thanking whatever came forward.
And thanking yourself for choosing this moment.
You've just cleared something old and sacred.
And as you begin to return to your body,
Feeling your breath.
Feeling the ground beneath you.
Becoming more aware of the space around you.
Feeling your aliveness,
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
