Allow yourself to get comfortable within your space.
Allow your body to melt into the space beneath you.
Turn your awareness inwards and settle in right here.
Right where you are.
Right where you are meant to be.
Start to expand the breath by lengthening the inhale.
Soften the body with each long exhale.
Breathe deeply into the spaces inside your body.
Feel your breath filling up your entire body.
Follow with a slow smooth exhale filling up the space around your physical body.
With every inhale filling up the space within and with every exhale filling up the space around you.
Now allow your breath to move naturally through the space within and around.
Clearing out internal clutter and creating space within allows new things,
Opportunities and experiences to flow into your life with clarity and ease.
It removes feelings of heaviness and brings a sense of lightness within.
Our internal selves become cluttered from stress,
External pressures,
Expectations,
Illness,
Worry,
Fear,
Doubt.
Take this opportunity to ask yourself what is taking up your internal space right now.
You might be able to identify your clutter as something or someone specific or you might notice it as a feeling,
Sensation or colour.
Take your mind's eye and see yourself walking up the side of a mountain.
It is a cloudy day and the visibility is low.
You cannot see too far in front of you.
You notice that you are struggling to walk up the mountain.
It is like you are dragging a weight behind you yet you cannot see anything physically holding you back.
You seem distracted and are quick to lose focus on the path ahead of you,
Often tripping as you walk.
You stop at a clear flat landing to catch your breath.
You notice someone else has also stopped here.
They look over at you and you immediately feel a sense of comfort,
Warmth and safety.
You walk over to them and together look out over the edge of the mountain.
The sky is beginning to clear and you can see a little further ahead.
Without a word,
The person hands you a deflated balloon and encourages you to blow it up.
They invite you with each breath out to release any heaviness that you are feeling,
Anything that is holding you back,
Any clutter,
Whether it belongs to you or someone else.
You see yourself blowing up the balloon.
Breath by breath you start to sense the heaviness that you have been carrying fade away as you release anything taking up your internal space into the balloon.
Every out breath the balloon grows in size.
This is your opportunity to go deeper within.
What are you holding on to?
What pain or unwanted stories are within?
Notice what feelings are triggered.
Anxiety,
Guilt,
Fear,
Sadness,
Regret,
Negativity.
Keep handing these over into the balloon.
They do not serve a purpose to your path ahead.
Over time you have become disconnected with your beautiful true self but you have the choice to fully let go of these things that are clouding your existence.
To step back into your strength and your power.
Notice the more you hand over the vision around you becomes clearer.
You see more things,
You feel lighter,
Calmer,
More present.
The balloon is completely full now.
You tie it off and hand it back to your friend.
You both walk further up the mountain.
Your friend is holding the balloon for you.
Continue to observe yourself.
Notice how much lighter you are moving.
There is a sense of ease in your steps.
The clouds have completely disappeared.
The sun is shining and you can see all around you.
You can see nature in abundance around you and a beautiful pathway ahead of you.
You see the strength and beauty of nature and know that you too are part of this.
You reach the peak of the mountain.
When you stop your friend hands the balloon back to you.
You hesitate at first.
You don't want all of this clutter back.
They tell you that only you have the power to fully release it.
So you release your grip and let go of the balloon.
Watching it float up and away.
Away floats all of your internal clutter.
All of the things that are no longer serving you.
You sit down at the peak of the mountain and watch the balloon until it is out of your sight.
Allow yourself to sit here in these new feelings.
This lightness.
This space that you have created with all of your senses awakened.
You are fully alive and here.
You are safe.
