Welcome to this short but sweet visualization meditation.
An opportunity to allow yourself to release,
Settle in and reset.
Take a moment to find comfort wherever you are.
Begin by deepening your breath.
A nice slow even breath in.
Followed by a nice slow even breath out.
In and out.
Inviting a gentle conscious pause between the inhale and the exhale.
Noticing where your mind wanders here.
Using the sound of your breath to mindfully pull it back.
Preparing to let go layers that need to be shed to then reset and let the good in.
Letting the breath continuously guide you as you soften throughout your body.
Start to focus on your minds eye and visualize yourself standing on the most pristine beach you've ever seen.
Miles and miles of beautiful soft sand scattered with shells.
The gentle flow of the water lapping at your toes as it moves softly in and out.
Evving and flowing.
Listen to the sound the water makes as it washes over your feet and then as it draws back out to sea.
Back and forth with the same rhythm of your breath.
As you inhale the water gently washes over your feet and as you exhale it draws back out to sea.
This time as you exhale and as the water draws out allow it to take with you any fears that you currently have.
Allow your fears to be washed out to sea.
You inhale the water moves up and around your feet and as you exhale this time allow it to draw out any doubt that you currently have or are currently feeling.
Inhale as the water touches your feet to your toes.
Exhale allow it to draw out any negative thoughts.
Any negative self-talk.
Washing out to sea.
The water comes up to your feet and as it draws back out release any expectations.
Expectations you place on yourself or that you feel from others.
Releasing them out to sea.
Each time the water touches your feet feel into the sensations as it then washes back out taking with it this time any resentment.
And then again the water flows in and washes out any sadness you may be feeling.
Letting these layers fall away,
Wash away.
And one final time the water washes up and around your feet and this time as it draws back letting go anything else you feel you need to release right now.
Slowly start to walk back from the water's edge and come to lay upon the sand.
Take this time to reset to reconnect to yourself after releasing and letting go of the layers.
Feel the warm breeze and this sense of lightness that comes with it.
Allow your breath just to move naturally through your entire body.
Bask now in the gorgeous sunshine that surrounds you.
Feel the rays of the Sun pour into you.
Re-energizing,
Revitalizing,
Giving your soul new life.
Let each of the rays that touch your skin fill you with whatever you need right now.
Whether that is aspirations and hope,
Motivation,
Positive thoughts,
Courage,
Trust or newfound energy.
Whatever you need allow it to fill your body with each ray of light from the Sun.
Soak it all in.
Allow yourself to receive this.
Receive whatever it is that you're needing right now.
Take as long as you need here and only when you are ready start to welcome yourself back into the space that you are in.
With slow gentle movements and softly blinking open the eyes.
