Find your seat.

Find comfort in your space.

Settle in.

Breathe it out.

Allow your spine to lengthen as you inhale.

Keep this posture as you exhale.

Flow,

Don't force.

Take a breath in to create space within your body.

Breathe it out.

Take a breath in to connect to your soul.

Breathe it out.

Take a breath in to move from the heart space.

Breathe it out.

Take a breath in to settle the mind.

Breathe it out.

Flow,

Don't force.

Sit for these few minutes and be completely in this moment.

There is no need to force anything.

Allow yourself to find comfort in just being you.

In just being as you are.

No judgements,

No pressures,

No pushing,

No expectations,

Just you.

Welcome in the flow state.

It is in these moments we allow our intuition to be heard.

Through stillness and silence,

Our intuitive mind strengthens.

Allow it to flow,

Don't force.

Take a moment to reflect on what you are forcing right now.

What areas of your life feel forced?

What pressures are you placing on yourself?

What expectations are you carrying from others?

Recognise and acknowledge these.

Then choose to release them.

It is your choice.

You are in control to let it go.

Flow,

Don't force.

Slowing down doesn't mean giving up or falling behind.

In this fast-paced world,

Slowing down is a strength.

What does flow feel like?

A rest between deep breaths,

Heart led choices,

Lightness,

Clarity,

A knowing.

Taking a learned action,

Deeper awareness.

Feel into how this could feel for you.

Recognise these feelings of flow.

Repeat in your mind or out loud the words,

I no longer operate from force as I am in flow.

Take a few more moments here,

Breathing into this state of flow.
