Find a comfortable seated position,
Feeling the support of the surface beneath you.
Allow your hands to rest comfortably.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing any heaviness or fatigue.
Let's do it again.
Inhale deeply,
Drawing in fresh energy.
Exhale slowly,
Letting go of anything that feels heavy.
Continue breathing in this way for a few more cycles.
Each inhale,
Bringing in new energy.
Each exhale,
Releasing what you no longer need.
Now visualize a golden light above you.
And with each inhale,
This light flows into you,
Filling your entire being with warmth,
Energy,
Renewal.
Feel that golden light moving down through the crown of your head,
Into your neck,
Your shoulders,
And your chest.
Let this golden energy flow down your arms,
Into your hands and fingertips.
Feel it energizing your entire upper body.
Bring your energy and your attention to your lower body,
Feeling the golden light traveling down your torso,
Into your hips,
Your thighs,
And your knees.
Let this light continue to move down your legs,
All the way to your feet.
Grounding you with renewed vitality.
You can repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.
Today,
I embrace fresh energy.
I feel alive,
Vibrant,
And ready for the day.
My energy is renewed,
And flowing with ease.

Sit in stillness for a few moments,
Allowing this renewed energy to flow through you,
Recharging every cell in your body.
Take one more deep breath in.
