Welcome to your morning meditation for calm and peace.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Either on a cushion or a chair,

With your back straight and your hands resting gently on your lap.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

Allowing your breath to cleanse you and release any tension or stress that may be on your mind.

Exhale slowly,

Letting go of any worries or thoughts that might be weighing you down.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen as you breathe in and out.

Feel the coolness of the air as you inhale,

And the warmth as you exhale.

Allow each breath to be a source of relief,

Soothing,

And healing on a deep level.

As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically,

Visualize a soft golden light surrounding your entire being.

This light represents peace,

Love,

And positive energy.

With each inhalation,

Imagine this light filling your body,

Bringing with it a sense of calmness.

With each exhalation,

Visualize any negative or stagnant energy leaving your body,

Making space for renewed vitality and inner harmony.

Now,

Shift your focus to your mind.

Notice any thoughts or concerns that may arise.

Instead of engaging with them,

Simply observe them with a sense of detachment.

Allow them to pass by like clouds in the sky,

Without judgment or attachment.

Return your attention to your breath,

Grounding yourself in the present moment.

As you continue to breathe,

Letting go of distracting thoughts,

Take a moment to reflect on the day ahead.

What intentions do you wish to set for yourself?

What qualities,

What actions do you want to cultivate today?

Choose one intention that resonates with you and silently repeat it to yourself,

Three times.

One intention that resonates the most,

Repeat to yourself three times.

Good.

As you complete your morning meditation,

Bring your hands to your heart in a prayer position.

Feel the warmth and energy in your palms.

Take a moment to express gratitude for this opportunity to start your day with calm.

With calm and peace,

Carry this sense of serenity with you as you go about your day,

Knowing that you have set yourself up for success.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Maintaining a sense of tranquility and mindfulness as you transition into the rest of your day.

Remember that you can always return to this state of calmness whenever you need it.

This was beautiful! There is so much anxiety in my heart, my sleep has been terrible for a week after being sick for a month setting the attention for today to be calm Is a great start to my day. I’m looking forward to repeating the calmness that I want to create throughout today as a result of listening to this. May wander into my evening and set me up for a great night sleep this evening.
