Now bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen as you breathe in and out.
Feel the coolness of the air as you inhale,
And the warmth as you exhale.
Allow each breath to be a source of relief,
Soothing,
And healing on a deep level.
As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically,
Visualize a soft golden light surrounding your entire being.
This light represents peace,
Love,
And positive energy.
With each inhalation,
Imagine this light filling your body,
Bringing with it a sense of calmness.
With each exhalation,
Visualize any negative or stagnant energy leaving your body,
Making space for renewed vitality and inner harmony.
Now,
Shift your focus to your mind.
Notice any thoughts or concerns that may arise.
Instead of engaging with them,
Simply observe them with a sense of detachment.
Allow them to pass by like clouds in the sky,
Without judgment or attachment.
Return your attention to your breath,
Grounding yourself in the present moment.
As you continue to breathe,
Letting go of distracting thoughts,
Take a moment to reflect on the day ahead.

What qualities,
What actions do you want to cultivate today?
Choose one intention that resonates with you and silently repeat it to yourself,
Three times.
