You may stay laying down in your bed or sit up gently.
Whatever you choose,
Find that your body is supported and relaxed.
When you were sleeping,
Your breathing would have naturally found a deeper rhythm.
Perhaps it is already quickening,
Especially as your mind stirs.
Focus for a few moments on your breath,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Stay in this flow as we move through this meditation together.
A natural cycle,
Expanding and releasing.
Ab and flow,
Your tummy expanding on every inhalation and releasing on every exhale.
Slowly expanding and releasing.
Your breath is reminding you of how blessed you feel to have this day,
This beautiful day.
The earth around you is waking to the morning.
The sun is rising.
The birds are stirring.
You are part of this thriving life force,
Aware of a new day.
Today is your day to live even more fully than before.
To take steps towards your highest potential for joy and wellness.
Today is your day to be present in all things you do.
Every day is special.
Special because it is another opportunity to connect,
To live,
To see and learn more about who you are and your place in this world.
There is wonder all around you.
Today is a chance to experience,
To notice,
To live in that wonder.
Gently place your hands on your heart and breathe.
Yes,
Good morning.
Feel the love you have within you radiating into your hands and beyond.
Love of self.
