Welcome to this guided meditation for handling uncertainty in life.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place where you can sit or lie down,

Undisturbed,

For the next few minutes.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

And then slowly release it through your mouth.

In through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

As you inhale,

Imagine that you are breathing in a warm,

Soothing light that fills your lungs and spreads throughout your body.

As you exhale,

Imagine that you are releasing stress and worries that you're holding onto right now.

Inhaling warm,

Soothing light spreading through your body,

And exhaling stress and worry.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of relaxation with each breath.

Imagine that you are surrounded by a peaceful and loving energy that embraces you and supports you.

Take that in.

Take that embrace and that support in right now.

Now bring to mind a situation in your life that feels uncertain or unpredictable.

It may be a decision you need to make.

A change that is happening.

An unknown future that is causing you anxiety.

Visualize yourself standing in the midst of all this uncertainty,

But in this moment,

Instead of feeling overwhelmed,

You feel calm and you feel centered.

Calm and centered in the midst of uncertainty.

You realize that you have the inner resources and strength to handle whatever comes your way.

Allow yourself to connect with your inner wisdom and intuition.

Feel the love and compassion that surrounds you,

And know that you are not alone.

You are not alone.

You are not alone.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine that you are receiving guidance and clarity about the situation.

Allow these thoughts and insights to come to you,

Without judgment or resistance.

Trust that you have the ability to navigate through any uncertainty with grace and ease.

Visualize yourself moving forward with confidence and purpose,

Knowing that you are supported every step of the way.

Take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time to connect with your inner self and find peace amidst uncertainty.

When you are ready,

You can slowly open your eyes if you've closed them,
