She offers welcoming spaces through women's groups, retreats and workshops, 1 on 1 facilitation, nature fasts, and online teaching. She is a sensitive and loving soul who thrives at supporting others in loving themselves deeply and living in a true connection with their own Soul. Karen is a certified facilitator of the Self Soul Spirit model and wilderness first responder and wilderness therapist with a masters in Human Development and Education from the University of Colorado Denver and two years of graduate studies in spirituality. She lives in Leadville with her partner and two dogs where she loves communing with nature and Spirit through hiking, kayaking, and polar plunges.
