Welcome to today's third eye chakra balancing meditation.
Let's get comfy and magnify our intuition and clarity.
When you've settled in,
Take a slow deep breath in.
Then let something go out through your mouth.
Again,
Just like that.
A slow deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Settling in where you are today,
Closing down the eyes if you haven't already and tuning in to the space between your eyebrows.
The space is often depicted in mythology and spirituality as the third eye point.
The place where we see with our eyes closed.
Where we feel from within.
This is your place of your inner teacher.
So just bringing your awareness here.
And as you breathe,
Imagining you could breathe in through this space.
Almost as if you have an extra set of nostrils between the eyebrows.
Allowing the air to flow through this place.
Just imagine.
Starting to imagine a violet ray of light beaming from this spot between your eyebrows.
And as you follow this beam of light,
You notice that it is infinite.
Connected so deeply within you and so far beyond you.
Continuing to breathe through this space.
Through this violet ray of light.
And as you breathe,
Imagine you could breathe in through this space.
You start to notice your body fills up with this violet light.
Moving down the face,
The throat,
Shoulders,
Arms,
The torso,
The legs,
And the toes.
Until you have fully surrendered and trusted yourself.
Slowly beginning to invite the affirmation,
I trust myself.
Inhaling the words I trust and exhaling the word myself.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
And slowly starting to let that affirmation go and come back to your natural breath cycle.
Noticing your inhales and your exhales.
Noticing how you feel.
Noticing that you have created this space for your intuition to kick in.
For your inner guidance to speak up.
Because you've decided to trust it.
As you're ready,
Slowly beginning to deepen the breath.
Inviting some movement back into the body.
Wiggling the fingers,
The toes.
And as you're ready,
Slowly beginning to open your eyes.
