Hey,
This is Kayma and welcome to today's Crown Chakra Balancing meditation.
Let's get comfy and magnify our connection to source.
You can call source whatever you'd like.
This is your personal meditation and your personal experience.
This could be the universe,
God,
Or the divine,
Whatever seems fitting.
When you've settled in,
Take a slow deep breath in and exhale out through the mouth.
Again,
Just like that.
A long slow deep breath in through the nose.
Only holding at the top this time,
Exhaling out through the mouth.
Settling in.
Just following the natural rhythm of your breath cycle.
Starting to imagine a pure white light extending from the opening of your crown,
The top of your head.
This area of the body has often been associated with your connection to something bigger.
The highest point of your body energetically and physically.
Just tuning in to the crown of your head.
Imagining there's an opening here and a flow of pure white light.
This light extends as far as the eye can see,
As deep as it can within.
It is infinite.
It is pure.
It is healing.
Allowing this light to come down and envelop your body.
Turning from the crown,
Moving over the third eye,
Down the face,
The back of the head,
The throat chakra,
The shoulders,
The heart chakra,
The arms,
Hands,
Fingers.
From the solar plexus chakra,
Through the sacral chakra,
The hips,
The legs,
The feet,
The root chakra,
And the toes.
Allowing your body to bask in this pure white light.
Allowing this opening in your crown chakra to be the opening to your healing.
Simply breathing in this space.
Mg.
As you're ready,
Beginning to invite the affirmation,
I am connected.
I am on your in breath and on your out breath connected.
I am connected.
I am connected.
Allowing yourself to feel into this connection to something greater.
Allowing the words,
I am connected to silently circulate in your mind.
I am connected.
I am connected.
I am connected.
I am connected.
I am connected.
I am connected.
I am connected.
And slowly beginning to let that affirmation go.
Come back to your natural breath cycle.
Noticing every inhale and every exhale.
Noticing how light your body may feel.
How pure.
Just noticing.
And slowly starting to deepen your breath.
And beginning to invite some natural movements back into the body.
The wiggles of the fingers and the toes.
The rolls of the shoulders.
The flexes of the spine.
And when you're ready,
Slowly starting to open your eyes.
